Sent my Citizen for replace glass and was impressed with the repair and turnaround time. The watch came back in secure safe packaging and having been cleaned and fully adjusted to the correct date etc.. well happy with the service provided.

I asked this company in 2015 or 2016 through their branch in Debenhams Harrow to service my Omega watch. They took the watch and said they were going to send it to Switzerland to be serviced and I paid them a lot of money for that. They have sent it and it took many months to come back. I wore it but after a little while, it started to skip time and I went to them. They had sent it back again for many months and came back but still had the same problem. During the repair, they changed the dial and crown. Last week, I went to Omega in Knightsbridge to try to service the watch but they advised me that the watch does not look genuine but I assured them it was. They decided to open it to find out and it turned that the watch was genuine but the dial and other parts were not. It seems that they have put parts which were not original. I contacted them but they denied it and said they can not do anything about it because I do not have the job number. Avoid this company as I paid them a lot of money to have a watch which do not have genuine Omega parts and in addition o that not working properly.

What perfect service as soon as I filled out the on-line form I got a phone call to let me know about getting parts for a watch that was 22 years old then I was kept up to date on the arrival of the part that was needed then they let me know that my watch had arrived and then was informed that the watch had been repaired and was being dispatched back to me
Just the sort of service that I wanted and there are companies out there that could learn from from them about customer service

Just received our wedding rings back after resizing. They look beautiful, polished and shiny and the fit is exactly right. I was a bit dubious about the online service but it was all done and returned within a week. Excellent service and communication. I have now sent my engagement ring for resize and clean. Highly recommended.

I wanted to find somewhere to restore my 80s Tag Heuer and spoke to In-Time about getting this achieved. They did an excellent job and I was thoroughly impressed with the results, the communication, and the overall turnaround time.

The repair to my bracelet is excellent and it looks as good as new. It would have 5 stars but it did take longer than expected due to the fact there was difficulty obtaining the beads, I did get an explanation of the delay and they were always honest. The estimate did not vary from the final price.

The service I received for my watch repair was first class. I had emails informing me of the stages of my repair. Great value for money! I will definitely be using In-Time again.

Selected a watch strap and paid for the item, waited for purchase to arrive sent email asking about purchase. No answer again re emailed, no answer. Contacted customer service about purchased product. Out of stock waiting for stock coming in waited again no strap.phoned again no longer make the strap choose another , decided to ask for money refunded to my bank. Money received back.

I was really impressed with the service I received. I was kept up to date by email at each stage of the repair. I will definitely be using In-Time again in the future if needed.

Superb service. I had a battery replacement last summer and the watch stopped a two weeks ago. I was sent an envelope by the company and the watch was returned yesterday with a replacement battery free of charge.

My wife was hesitant about using an online repair service at first, but they were very efficient and prompt, with good communication. They replaced the missing stones in her mother's old brooch and it was returned in time for her to wear it at our son's wedding.

I sent my precious (not in value, but sentimentally) 5 stone diamond ring to have two missing tiny diamonds replaced and the claw setting repaired. I received it safely back today and it looks perfect. I feel the company are trustworthy and have an excellent team of experts together with helpful admin staff. I would definitely use this company again :-)

Lockdown meant I needed to look online for some jewellery alterations - this was a bit nerve wracking given that the items were quite valuable diamond pieces. I found the service at In-Time very good and highly efficient - emails to mark arrival, work commenced, and return despatch. Around a week to have two chains swapped on diamond pendants, very pleased with how they turned out. Queries are also answered promptly over email. Would recommend.

My wife's gold watch required replacement glass. Photo of the watch was sent to In-Time. In turn, they sent quote for the required work. Watch was posted to In-Time & email was received confirming same quote after inspection of the watch. Repair was carried out & watch was sent back to me by special delivery & I received it next day. I am very pleased with this service & would highly recommend In-Time Watch & Jewllery Repairs.
