I sent a message on their website the other day regarding my dissatisfaction of the Shredded Baker dildo not being an accurate replica. The model has even told me it is not accurate and is too big.
I have yet to hear back. Seems like a total scam to me.

I finally hear from them. They have agreed to send a replacement IF I remove my review. Ever more the reason not to do business with this shady company.

I wasn't sure what to expect. A guy has always been a toy with a promise to be real and lifelike. I took a chance. I had to know if Intimaly was different or the same as others. I got my answer very very quickly. Never have I EVER experienced something so real and absolutely incredible as this. My hands down favorite toy (s) of all time.

I bought 2 at once and don’t regret it. Great quality, looks and feels amazing. And no one had any idea what it was when I received it because of how discreet the shipping was. I plan on getting one for buddy of mine too.

This is a scummy company who proclaims they make toys sculptured after the people they partner with, when they in reality just pick a random toy who kinda looks like it. They don't actually make stuff just buys cheap toys elsewhere and sell at a premium. And if you were to buy anything on their website there is no way to cancel or ask for a change. It's designed purely to scam you. DO NOT SUPPORT THESE PEOPLE.

All products are well made exactly like they are shown. Pricing is good with discounts. Even when I had the one off order that was mistaken, I reached out and they immediately fix the issue with a free product and an apology. I truly like shopping with them

The product that was promised did not match the advertised item AT ALL. NOT EVEN CLOSE. Very very disappointed.

So the item was not bad quality per se but definitely not what was promoted, its quality is fine but not for its price. The shipping company involved is not quality, they missed the drop date by 2 weeks and were pretty much just chatbot answers when question. turned me from a first time buyer to a last time buyer.

Normally I just let things like this slide, but this is frustrating. TrophyBulge9in Dildo as the name suggests would be 9 in long, right? Actually, it's not even 8 in long... even with the suction cup included. Dildo looks fine, but I was expecting one that was bigger, like 9 in long. Taken directly from the description, "His dildo is sculpted directly from him—9 thick, pulsing inches..."

This company is a FRAUD they stole my image without my permission!

They are selling products that I never signed off on or gave consent to sell.

Intimaly is refusing to take down my likeness from their website.

don't fall for this scam, buy real creator modelled toys from FleshLight or DocJohnson. They are LEGIT

I never even got my package I’ve waited 22 days still have yet to get it

I ordered an adult toy from them. It didn't arrive. Contacted support, they advised there was confusion with the post.

Item did arrive albeit late. Sleeve became warped almost immediately and vagina was torn after barely any use. I don't know if the problems with the delivery effected the toy.

Intimaly asked me for a review. I gave a review. They apologized and said they would send out a replacement.

A month passes and they never sent out a replacement.

I asked support about it. They now advised they won't send out the replacement until I edit my review.

1. There's no option on their site for me to edit the review.
2. Other than adding that they said they would send a replacement but haven't, there's no new information to update the review with.

SCAM AVOID AT ALL COSTS

They promised a custom toy of my favourite creator. They gave me a product signed by a random pornstar that was made 15 years ago. I asked for the correct product, they sent me the same thing again. Their customer support is just ChatGPT pretending its a real person. There is no real custom toy for my favourite creator, its just a fraudulent scam. Now their customer support is ghosting me because they promised me a refund, and then had the gall to say they would give me a 25% refund on a $200 purchase where they sent me the wrong product, because the real product does not exist. What a joke.

If I could give 0 stars I would.

People need to buy elsewhere. This comes from China. Communication is but non-existent. Takes almost a week to receive response. Package was left outside building, and it was opened. Anyone could see what was inside. Hardly discreet packaging. It was an envelope, not a box. Odd, when I requested a refund after 3 weeks of waiting, it magically appeared.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE (or they absolutely will waste as much of it as they can!)!
No shipping option because orders need to clear customs after shipping from china (a fact they neglect to inform you of)! The cut rate peoples-republic shipping service doesn't offer tracking or even give a basic vague eta for its outrageously long delivery time, and if you attempt to seek more information than you'll get to deal with their ridiculous "customer service" which is apparently little more than a series of auto-reply response emails and messages that will provide no information you didnt already know.
