We have been collaborating with Interprefy for the second year now for our global partner event. The team is incredibly responsive and attentive and virtually takes care of everything. I know that our interpreters are in good hands and can focus on interpreting, not managing the technology. The team is there with me as an event coordinator every step of the way, sharing their best practices, and on the day of the virtual events, I feel very supported and so do our interpreters. I will for sure work with Interprefy for our next virtual event again! The app is super easy to use for our attendees and very reliable.

I participated in a free seminar given by Interprefy, as an audience member. I also completed their free online training course to familiarise myself with all the platform features. The course was very good, however, I found the technical registration process a little challenging. The features of the platform itself seem very clear and logical and I enjoyed listening to all the interpreters doing simultaneous interpretation.

The Interprefy interpreting soft console has everything a remote interpreter could possibly wish for. Their training journey provides comprehensive online self-training materials with step-by-step video demonstrations, supported by a knowledge base of fact sheets that address all the key features and requirements you need to know. By the time I was given the green light to attend an individualized two-hour live session with one of their trainers and interact with the soft console I was completely familiar with all the functions and was able to interpret with full confidence using the platform. They also conducted a thorough interactive audit of my RSI equipment to check compliance with their technical requirements and prevent compatibility issues from arising in a live setting. I was totally impressed with the consistency of the training materials and their professionalism at every step - and I simply LOVED the platform!

The most convenient RSI platform I know as a conference interpreter. Great technical support and communication with technicians and managers, who are always ready to step in and assist you if anything goes wrong. Highly recommend for multilingual online events
