Support is useless
Received my IDP, missing one of the classes. I then ask for a replacement to a different address. They send it to the wrong address but then also sent me the same again, still missing class A. After four months of back and fourth over email, blaming their shipment provider, telling me they will get back to me and never do. I ordered my idp in december, it’s now mid April and I still don’t have the correct one. Go elsewhere

I ordered a digital and a printed…
I ordered a digital and a printed version of IDP. In the order only the classe A,B and E were mentioned, but in the digital version that came within 5 minutes all the catagorees were stamped. Not easy to contact quickly. Did not see the printed version yet.

International Driving Permit Scam
I found this website while searching online for an International Driving Permit. The site presents itself as an official authority issuing legitimate IDPs, but what you actually receive is a private licence translation document that is not government-issued and is not recognised by traffic authorities or car rental agencies abroad.
I only discovered this after purchase. I have requested a refund but it remains unresolved.
The company behind this website is Pathway Travel Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202401009W), a Singapore-registered translation services company incorporated in January 2024. They appear to operate multiple similar websites under different brand names.
This is not a legitimate IDP provider. Genuine International Driving Permits are only issued by government-authorised organisations in your home country. Do not waste your money here.

Not authorized to issue International Drivers Permits
Only CAA is authorized to issue international driver's licenses in Canada. And they only charge $32 not $132.
This company claims to be "authorized", but no government body has authorized them to issue permits (verified in private correspondence). These are crooks.
They claim that IDP "permits" are just translations. From english to english?! Nonsense.

Quick and easy to use on line application
The online site was very quick and easy to use. I did my application using my cell phone. I was even able to take a selfie of myself and upload it for the required picture. Instructions and payment was very easy. I was even able to pay using my Apple Pay. I was worried doing all of this on line but it turned out to be easy and quick. An email confirmation was sent right away to the email that I had provided.

I got my IDP while traveling in SEA and Eastern Europ , for the couple times i have been stopped for papers check it worked , i just show my local Driving licence along with the IDP and i would be cleared in seconds

Phishing and Misrepresentation
This company markets its service in a misleading way.
I paid for what was presented as an International Driving Permit.
Only after payment did it become clear that the document is not government-issued
and does not grant legal driving rights.
The product is essentially a private translation of a driving licence,
which is not what is implied during checkout.
I would not have paid if this had been clearly disclosed upfront.
I am now pursuing a chargeback and reporting this business to consumer authorities.
