Disgusting company who hires criminals and thieves. Bought a pair of headphones through QVC and they used "Evri" as the delivery company. 2 weeks later I had no parcel so I called to chase up and was told they had "lost" the parcel. I escalated with QVC and they sent out another pair.

Then a man rings my doorbell, I open the door to see a QVC box on the floor. I pick up the box thinking it felt really light, opened it and there was nothing inside but paper. So my item was essentially stolen twice.

Never use this company. The most untrustworthy delivery company who hires convicts and thieves.

The only reason to give this company a one star rating is that there is no option for a no star rating. Ordered a load of spring bulbs from a supplier. Was notified that it was with Evri on 2/11 then on 3/11 I was notified there was a problem and would be told when it was out for delivery. A week later and……….nothing. Not a word from them. So I rang the supplier and guess what….it was “lost in transit”. Any chance Evri were ever going to tell me that? Methinks not. Pathetic.

Worse delivery service going if I could choose my own selection of who delivers my items I would nothing but issues with them I live in a flat and if I'm not in they don't even attempt to get in even with a broken main door yet amazon and royal mail have no problems just evri to lazy to even come in if I could rate -10 stars I would this has happened more then once now company should be shut down one time when I was living with my mom they lobbed my parcel of the gate and found it all damp and wet

Have been waiting 2 weeks for a parcel have had 12 emails saying it’s been delivered then it’s been delayed then delivered then returned to sender then delivered and so on. Still waiting. Absolutely the worst parcel company ever complete shambles.

Spent £10 for next day delivery on an item (100g or less)

Keep chucking parcels over back gate . Have left remarks on deliveries to use front door, still don't listen. They have to walk past front door to get around back. Am now refusing to use evri for either delivery or collections.

A next day delivery package (food items) paid for and sent on the 8th of November is yet to be delivered. Every attempt to get to them through calls and messages have been frustrating.
How can the post office go into partnership with this kind of horrible company?
Evri is nothing but a nightmare.

Worst delivery company!!! Scammers!!! They don’t even have an actual person that you can speak to!! There is only an AI live chat and it is the same thing when you call the number that they have on the website!!!

Evri never ever deliver my parcels on time or even to the correct address. The last parcel delivered by them was delivered down the road with no notification at all. I had to view the photo and look for the door which was no where near me. I've been waiting for a parcel for the last two days and the delivery I'd always delayed. The van doesn't even stop. Businesses should boycott them and so should customers. Every other parcel company I have no problem with...if others can find my address, why can't they?? Terrible service.

I cannot express enough how dissatisfied I am with evri company and their services. Since last Friday, I've been selecting my neighbor's address as the delivery address for my parcel. Each time, evri driver didn't even attempt to buzz my neighbor. I've been trying to reach evri multiple times during all those attempts, and now they want to return my parcel to the sender due to your staff's incompetence. I apologize for the lack of polite words, but Evri is THE WORST courier company in the UK.

Absolute WORST company there is.
Paid £16 for a parcel to be delivered. First time they attempted 2 hours before the given window and other two times claimed nobody was in when the reciever was at home all day.

There rubbish I been sat in for 2 day for a parcel. Was told it be delivered on day one so sat in . Then 15mints befor the the last estimated delivered time was cancelled by them to say it be next day. I have now just had the exact same thing happened. Last time this firm delivered a parcel it was just dumb on front door on full site to other. It's disgusting way to delivered thing . I told the firm who I bought from so there also black listing EVRI delivery to me from now on has tgey said royal mail it been next day delivery. For £0.50 more.

I live in a relatively remote area of Scotland. Every time I see a product being sent via Evri; I sigh with dismay. As yet I have never had a good experience with either lost or delayed deliveries.
I am certain that Evri just fob off their deliveries to further third parties, which in turn breaks the record of tracking.

They are certainly a company who appear to be inept at an endemic level and I would suggest that the Royal Mail is far superior and efficient.

Had email from Makeup.uk to say that my parcel had been shipped and the delivery company Evri had got it and was going to deliver it but they didn't I even got a picture of a man who like he needed a bath there was no number on door it looked like a hoarders house I've seen anything like it something has gone wrong with this company. I never got the delivery it's all fraudulent

AVOID!!! I sent a parcel from the UK to Germany. Parcel was picked up and I checked the tracking information every day, just to see that nothing happened after it arrived at the international HUB, 5 days ago. No helpdesk available to ask, every attempt to open the 'ask for help' links on their website ending up in a 'OOPS something went wrong and you shouldn't be here' page. They are giving you an internationaI tracking number but not telling you what international partner they are using. So you have no way to get in contact with them. The enquiry form is asking for information that they already have e.g size and weight of the parcel. Even if you fill in the form and hit submit, the next page is timing out. I am now really concerned about my package and I wish I would have checked Trustpilot earlier. This is so disappointing. I wonder if somebody from Evri international will respond to this feedback.

Evri consistently fail to deliver within the promised time frame. My latest delivery was three days late, with no obvious reason why, and resulted in me incurring additional cost as a result. This is the latest in a long line of issues I’ve had with their service. I basically will not order from a seller that uses this company for delivery since their service is terrible.

Cant even drop off my parcel, because the first drop off shop I tried has run out of receipts so they can't accept parcels, and the second shop can't accept it because it wont be collected til tomorrow and they won't store parcels overnight!
So, happy posters, some things to keep in mind:
1. Look at the reviews here, they all 1 star but Evri do nothing about it, so what's the point in reviewing them?
2. Yes they are very cheap, but the service is very very bad, which means they are very bad value for money
3. the only way they will ever change is if we vote with our wallets and use someone else instead. If their sales dried up they would a) probably have to change their name yet again, and b) they might have to start thinking about offering a decent service

Sent a parcel to Australia 12/10/23. Watched Tracking daily, now 31/10 and it shows cleared customs. Got very concerned until received a WhatsApp message telling me it had been delivered.
Could not chat to Evri international went to domestic etc. etc.
Wish they would get there act together.

Like everybody else on here every is not the one to be using it's just totally hopeless just return your parcel to send it and think that's the job done

Said they'd delivered my parcel when they hadn't.

I tried chasing only to be stuck in a loop with a bot as they don't let you speak to a human.

They then sent a message finally to say the item they supposedly delivered today won't be delivered until at least Tuesday.

Why not tomorrow? Why not Monday?
