I received what looked like a bill so called customer services and spoke to Lily W who cleared up the confusion for me without a problem and in a lovely friendly way.

I realised that I had a long-dormant account which I had forgotten about. Spoke to Chris I on the phone and after a bit of digging he found it, waived a bunch of fees that had built up and helped me close the account. Great service.

I spoke to Nathan on te phone as I was having trouble moving from The Share Centre to Interactive Investor.

I started with them when they were TD Waterhouse. I know HL has the reputation but ii has the service and they are far cheaper. Brilliant research tools! Excellent telephone service, never kept waiting in a queue and when I have a question they always know the answer, never, "I will have to ask my supervisor." They have contacted me when they thought I had made an erroneous purchase! Why put money in the bank where it will earn .005% when you can invest with interactive investorand watch your savings grow.
