Truly transformative
I’m not exaggerating when I say that the quarterly productivity planner completely changed my life. As a woman with ADHD, it instantly reduced overwhelmed especially when it came to managing different project at once. I was able to identify a realistic and SUSTAINABLE baseline for daily productivity. Furthermore, the 5 minute journal is gold. It helped me push through some of the most difficult months I’ve yet had to face. My husband and I also enjoy the closer conversation cards. I use them as ice breakers during facilitation. All in all, fantastic science backed products that if used diligently and consistently, will impact your life in a big way.

Will keep reordering the Five Minute journal, productivity planner, and journals
I love their products so much that I keep reordering. I won't use anything else. The journals are compostable, recyclable and high quality with no plastics. I use the journals for taking notes at work because they're very professional looking, compared to other personal journal styles. I use the Five Minute Journal every day and when I fall out of the habit, I definitely notice a negative shift in my mental health and when I start using it again my mental health and mood feels much more positive and stable. I use the Productivity Planner every single day as well and that has helped me be much more organized about my week, to work with intention rather than feeling like i'm working to respond to emergencies, and it gives me a routine at the end of the day that signals to my brain when it's time to stop work and start relaxing so that i can sleep.

Seems like they're really listening
This company seems pretty dang great.
I really love their 'productivity planner' - it's the only notebook I've ever actually used all of, let alone multiple times! Pretty loyal to their product itself, but I likely wouldn't leave a review without an exceptional trigger.
Recently I reached out with a concern regarding the representation in the journal's inspirational quotes, and I got the most thoughtful and wonderful response from the company - I honestly felt compelled to write this review. I felt very heard, response time was virtually instant, and they gave me active suggestions for how I could address my concerns in my own space in the inevitable time it would take for them to review and address my concern at the product level.

First of all, this company makes amazing journals that promote wellbeing and truly deliver this purpose. It is a breath of fresh air to see companies do beautiful things to help people be their best self. Secondly, my order was shipped late due to a glitch in their system, they responded immediately to my email and took care of the matter right away. The journals were sent in express delivery the same day and I was offered a gift to compensate the waiting (I chose the 5 minute journal). Funny thing is, my initial order arrived 2 weeks later on top. Customer support is great and they are really kind and understanding.
All in all, I recommend and truly believe in the amazing work they do. As a mental health practitioner I can only recommend.
