This journal genuinely changed my life. It helped me slow down, get honest with myself, and build daily practices that actually stick. The prompts are thoughtful without being overwhelming, and they create real clarity over time—not just in-the-moment motivation.
On top of that, it’s beautifully designed and such high quality. The paper, the layout, the structure—it feels intentional and grounding to use every day. It’s one of the few journals I’ve stayed consistent with, and I truly credit it with helping me reconnect to myself in a deeper way.

I needed to contact customer service for Intelligent Change in the past a couple of times and both times they were exceptionally helpful. The most recent time was to cancel and refund and order before it was processed and once again they helped me quickly and were so friendly. Great company!
