Staying grounded with my five minute journal
I love my five minute journal, it keeps me grounded and also makes me keep believing. I’ve been using it consistently for almost 1 year now and it is my companion. The one that is always there for me when I open my eyes and before I close them at night.

I really like the basic 5 min journal…
I really like the basic 5 min journal and the free email newsletters that continue with exceptional prompts and quotes . It is so helpful to have solid inspiration that I can relate to on a daily basis and refer to when I want an easy repeat; nice to not have to reinvent the wheel when I’m drawing blanks. I started to use the FIT edition of the 5 min journal but find it too labor intensive for my needs but will finish using it until completed; it is a 4 mo journal compared to the regular 6 mo journal . A couple of people I’ve shared the email with asked me “where did u get that quote?”. I did credit IC of course! 5 min journal helps keep me accountable to my goals and passions-it’s the most successful, consistent tool I’ve worked in the several decades of journal writing - simple. My most recent fav-“Loving someone and growing out of them can happen at the same time”.

The pages are way too thin
The pages are way too thin. For a $40 planner I shouldn't have to worry about a regular pen bleeding through the paper. The information inside the planner is great, and the outline is exactly what I'm looking for but the pages crumpling under your touch is a big disappointment

5 minute journal first timer
I thought I would give the 5 minute journal a go and I’ve found it so useful. I do feel it shifts your mindset to a more positive state and also to focus on those things you can be grateful for. I also found it interesting to see patterns in my thought process, what’s important to me and actually how little I really need day to day to feel good.

The Productivity Journal is worth it!
I’ve been using the Productivity Journal for a year and it is one of favorite tools for my business and life. I get the Quarterly one because I like the goal setting section at the beginning of the journal. Within a year this journal has helped me stay organized enough to finally start a business. As long as I stay honest about my priorities and accomplishments and dedicate 10- 15 minutes a day to fill it out, it works. Plus I like how each journal entry is 2 pages: a structured list template and then a blank page to write. And I also like how each week starts and ends with a reflection page. Some might feel like it’s a repetitive but I find that the repetitive nature helps me remember better and stay on track .

Intelligent Change does something different
Intelligent Change does something quite special as a commercial company!
I actually think of Intelligent Change more as an organization than a company, even though they operate commercially and make money. Why?
Many of their products help give you techniques for reflection. If you ask me, that’s an important practice - especially in a world like ours that is constantly changing.
Their newsletters are also different from other companies. They feel uplifting and help remove taboos.
There is a loving vibe in their products and in their communication in general. You can sense that there are real people behind the brand.
If I should give any kind of critique, it would simply be that I wouldn’t mind receiving fewer newsletters - but keeping the same quality.
