Great instructors who were adaptable…
Great instructors who were adaptable and good fun. They really put situations into real life for us and gave us some great ways of remembering the moves - which is always the hardest thing to do when you have completed positive handling courses.

Experienced trainers. Delivered the training in an engaging way. We all learnt a lot about how to safely and positively (no pain should be felt) restrain a young person in the event we have a dysregulated children that requires it.

There were no anecdotes, war stories or time-wasting chatter like other providers I could mention, just high-quality, accessible, well-paced CPD for staff which they personalised to our needs dynamically during the session.
