Excellent Training session
The trainer was so practical with his class, he made the training so lively and interactive.
Everyone In class paid attention to him because he was so accommodating to our questions and scenarios.
I love the fact that he used both Theory and practical version to train which made every information more understandable.

Helpful and engaging.
From the moment that I requested the training Alex was extremely helpful even when I messed up some of the staff's emails she did not hesitate to help and correct. James and Andy were very engaging with ALL participants.

Positive Handling Training
The Positive Handling Training was very positively received by all that attended. Both of the staff members that delivered the training explained the different techniques very well, engaged fully with our staff members and were careful to point out any corrections needed in our practice. It was great to have a chance to be able to practice the different techniques ourselves and we were given a chance to have our questions answered. Would highly recommend this provider.
