Signed up for a free trial with Intellecto KIDS in August 2025., then tried to cancel before it ended. The company ignored my cancellation requests and has been billing me for months—leaving me out of pocket. I can’t reach anyone despite multiple attempts. Beware of signing up, and if anyone from Intellecto KIDS sees this, please contact me to refund the unauthorized charges. (Date is not working ie picking up current date)

My experience was very bad.First you charge two times than the amount you show on ad.I can't afford that amount.Plz refund my amount as I don't use your service for the whole month.Second app crashes every time when I use constantly.I am middle class man who can't such over billing.Plz consider my request.

You retrieved 19.99$ twice didnt understand why

My child has been using Intellecto for a few days now and he really enjoys it!
We’ve tried quite a few educational apps in the past, but this one actually keeps him engaged and motivated. He treats it like playtime rather than learning, which is exactly what I was hoping for.
The weekly progress report is fantastic — it clearly shows how long he used the app and exactly which subjects he “played” with. Very encouraging!
I’ll update this review after we’ve used it for a few more weeks.

Saw an advert for a 12 week FREE learning plan but then was charged twice straight away for the plan and also the app. I had no idea of these additional costs and I emailed the company and so far they have not issued me a refund, only cancelled by subscription. I was purely interested in my daughters additional learning and scammers like these play on your emotions to draw you in to make profit without actually delivering what they advertised to do.

It is quite helpful in children's learning, filling children's free time by playing while learning

They are advertising the subscription for 12.34 euros per month, as soon as I made this subscription I got 2 deductions 1 for 14.99 and 2nd for 19.99 euros. I never authorized those payments and those subscriptions. So be aware if you are planning to check if this app is any good for your child, you quite possibly will be charged for things you never asked for and never gave the authorization for.
I did send the email for the refund they are refusing to provide it and besides that I haven't choose multiple plans as they are trying to claim, I know perfectly what I was subscribing for. If you check, there are multiple feedbacks about overcharging those, who subscribed in AppStore. SCAM

Do not trust this company. They use a predatory "post-purchase flow" designed to trick users into accidental subscriptions with a single click and no confirmation screen.I attempted to sign up for a simple trial, and within seconds, I was hit with an additional 640 TWD charge for an "English for Kids" add-on I never wanted. I contacted their support (Katherine) on the exact same day to report the mistake, but they refused to refund my money.Even though they acknowledged the error and canceled the subscription on March 8, they are sticking to a "no refund" policy for a digital service I have never used or logged into . Instead of returning my money, they tried to buy me off with "goodwill" worksheets.This is not a business; it is a refund-trap. If you value your money and honest business practices, stay far away from IntellectoKids. They care more about keeping a mistaken 640 TWD than they do about their customers .

Ho ricevuto un addebito non autorizzato di 29.99€ per un abbonamento mai sottoscritto dopo il periodo di prova di 5€ che ho prontamente disattivato perché non ho trovato l’app così interessante da giustificare quei costi. Ho scritto al support per avere spiegazioni e rimborso, ma il solito muro di gomma dietro delle risposte inutili. La prossima mossa sarà denuncia alla polizia posta italiana e vediamo come risolvere la cosa.

They subscribe you to products you don't even choose and take your money straight away. Rubbish customer service, do not recommend at all.

Abbiamo selezionato Italiano come lingua e nonostante tutto la meta' delle schede erano in inglese!! 29 euro addebitati e non avere il servizio richiesto, inaccettabile!
