After experiencing bad service and communication from our previous business mobile providers Intellect have been a breath of fresh air. Great communication and response times, no question unanswered or problem unsolved the switch over was seamless too.

Once we'd made our decision to use Intellect after several discussions with other companies, we haven't looked back. We moved from our old analogue telephone system and broadband to a new digital system that we have been able to interlink across all our services. Adam is very knowledgeable and his team go over and above with their Customer Service and the transition went very smoothly. All our staff love the new system and it's made it easier for all to use and for our callers too with the automated system that makes it easy to navigate to the right person.
We would highly recommend Intellect to anyone wanting new phones, broadband and will definitely be contacting them when our mobile phones are due for an upgrade.

Great business, fantastic service and support

Adam has supplied us with 2 mobile phone contracts which we are very happy with. We recently moved home and have struggled with reception and have no broadband until January. Having explained the situation to Adam he supplied us with a 5G router the very next day which has solved our problems.

Cannot recommend highly enough.

Adam once again made the process of installation and set up easy! Left the office nice and tidy despite having to add new cables and install the CCTV. He has been on hand to support us through the launch of our new system. Excellent customer service and support!

Thanks to Adam and the guys at Intellect we now have a perfect Telephone system that’s works. We were recommended to Intellect by a customer of ours after we had a terrible experience with another telecom provider. Now we have a super-fast leased line and the added ability to work from home via the Cloud telephone system we purchased from Intellect.
