as others have said, this company is a scam. it is designed to take your money and then give you the absolute runaround to ever get anything repaired reliably, or to ever see a cent of the money you paid them returned in name of their "service". STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY - IT IS A SCAM.
Scammers, liars, thieves
This company definitely doesn’t deserve even one star. We use them and paid thousands of dollars into their policy to find out that they don’t cover HVAC, which is exactly what they say they do in the “contract”. They refused to pay for HVAC back in March of this year. Their warranty in the fine print says you’re issued a full refund if you cancel your contract which is over $3000 in our case, however since June, my husband‘s been on the phone with them speaking to the same people over and over again, and today I made the call, they always say they’re supervisors on another call, the supervisor will never call you back. The people on the phone are rude, They lie, interrupt when you’re talking and they always say your check was issued on this day or that date and we never ever received these checks. With multiple calls and no resolution it’s time to start filing complaints to whom that govern them and possibly seek a lawyer in this case. Do not do not even use this company. They send mail once you have a home that you own and try to convince you with using scare tactic and order to become their customer. When they pay for nothing. Therefore they are embezzling your money. Do not go to this company.

I have been a customer of Integrity for 6 years. Their customer service department has always resolved any questions I have had.
I filed 2 claims over the 6 years and have saved myself well over $6,000. When repairs were needed, they sent a service specialist, and repairs were completed in a timely manner.
I now know I made the right choice when doing my research and selecting the right company.

Bought warranty for my car engine stopped on me… they came to rescue as promised… only paid 175 for a new engine and labor … really appreciate the services folks… would def recommend them to my family and friends …

My experience was great but looks like I had to go over my contract so I know what it Really covers . I submitted a repair and not everything was covered some parts weren't listed. but I had the most expensive parts covered !!!! Im taken care of.

If you want a good home warranty call integrity . They Helped me with my needs A/C broke they fixed it I had a plumbing issue they fixed it about a week ago it took a little to find technician but it happens with mostly all warranties thank you integrity.

The worst ever!
After contacting them to inspect my water heater, I was met with a technician who barely spent 30 seconds taking pictures and left without any explanation, I later received a call from their representative informing me that my claim was denied, citing the lack of coverage for leaks or water heater tanks.

This company is great the employees really try to help make sure your claims experience is as pleasant as possible. They go over and above to help customers out.

I was lied to from an uninformed sales rep. He sold me a warranty without all the proper questioned ask, and when I called to confirm what I read in the policy booklet once it arrived he gave me FALSE INFORMATION AND TOLD ME I DIDNT NEED SOMETHING I DID NEED, Now this company’s leader will not return my call, even though he keeps promising me thru his sale reps. That he has to check a couple things first, 10 days now!!!!! No response from KEN, if you value your hard earned dollar, I would not give the lying, cheating company a nickel! I filed a complaint with the BBB, and have spoke to my attorney, don’t put yourself in my position, just hang up on them when they try selling their lies, They keep blaming it on each other who’s has to make it whole! I can’t even get ahold of Ken’s boss the owner and let him know that his top dog is not doing his JOB!

I called and placed a claim for my AC not working on April 17th. Sent request via email. Could not get any one by phone. After several attempts I was given the correct phone number and hours. Call was then completed on the 18th. On the 24th I received an email saying they could not locate service provider in my area. We have 3 HACV in our town. I called one and he was here they next day and repaired for $135.00. The email said service call is pre-authorized for $385.00 BUT they are taking out $75.00 because I placed a service call. WHAT A RIP OFF. I would not recommend this warranty company at all. My advise try an honest company with a good reputation. They could not help but charged $75.00 because I called!!!
