A+ customer service
It was a real pleasure to speak to Bianca about my policy, my problem was dealt with efficiently and quickly, I was pleasantly surprised to get a return call so promptly from Bianca and refreshing to engage with a company who obviously takes ownership of there customers problem which is very rare in this day and age. I previously had Aviva insurance as part of my bank account with Nationwide whose customer service did not fit my expectations so I left. Thank you again.
