Always really helpful - thanks to Robert Mulligan today for making a swap over of insurance super easy and smooth.

I was with insuremyvan for some time about three years ago. This year, I decided to go back with them and it seems things have gone downhill. For some reason, they can't receive my required documents at info AT insuremyvan.ie. The emails are sent, with attachments and there are no errors. Yet, they keep telling me they have received nothing.
The other thing I find very annoying is that they have not bothered to tell me that the documents are still outstanding for over a week. From my point of view, since the emails sent ok and there were no errors, I assumed they had gone through OK. I had to email them to enquire after waiting a week, expecting my policy docs in the post.
Lastly -- don't bother trying to ring on a Monday, calls never get answered, and there's no option for a callback.

My first time using Insuremyvan. No issues from the first phone call to the last. Easy insurance process and staff very helpful. Would have no problem recommending them.

My Experience was seamless due to the gentleman that I was dealing with. Brad Hennessy is the guy in question he was well mannered and extremely professional from start to finish. Lovely guy hence my 5 stars.

They offer me a insurance to my van that was paid on 7/01/26, just after paid they sent to me an email saying the I should send some documents, I sent one day after and no one call me to say something, I was waiting till 13/01 when I call them and someone told me that if I didn’t cancel my car insurance I couldn’t have the discount, I said that no one told me that before I pay , so I need my money back to find another company , a guy sent me a email asking to me to say yeas about cancellation and after that I should receive all money back in 7 days , after I said yes for the cancellation, next day they sent to another email saying that I have 10 work days to the company that I bought give answers about the cancellation, today 16/01 I call them to know about my money , they said as I request cancellation, I need to pay for 6 days covered , and they didn’t send to me the disc , the documents wasn’t receive by them , and they said that I’m going to pay for cancellation fee and plus 6 days covered as didn’t have any answers by them , all them on phone can’t help and always turn as it was your fault .
And in the end I still can’t use my van and have no money to buy with other company .

One van died, we bought another. Had to transfer insurance from one van to the other, Robert Mulligan had it sorted, efficiently & almost instantly !

What made my experience great was dealing with Lauren Moloney, she was very helpful from start to finish while dealing with her, she was so polite and explained everything clearly to me and there was no delay with Lauren getting back to me, when she promised she would. Lauren has exceptional customer service skills.

First time with insure my van and i have to say was a good move for me. Was talking to Adam, sound lad that couldnt do enough for me, everything was a breeze with him. All sorted quickly and was best price on the market

The person who was handling my query was very rude and asked quite personal questions. I was very close to moving to another insurance broker, but unfortunately insuremyvan has one of the lowest prices.

Every time I call I find that they are efficient, have good prices and great customer service. Shout out to Emma.

Thats worse company in Ireland, for refund money you have to wait ages, but where they charge you , they took your money straight away.
Never ever recommend that company.......
