Registration process could use some improvement
The registration could use some improvement the phone numbers and birthdates are hard to use. And, would be great if there was a spot where someone could ask questions. Curious how the medical claim process goes ....do you guide us and manage it completely? Does the plan include medical emergency transportation back to states for some incident? If so I would articulate that information? But, I am trying the service/insurance out to see if it is something I could recommend to my clients?

The best insurance booking experience I have had so far. The site is easy to use and the simplicity of the polices are easy to understand. They also come with a lot of extra benefits that others I looked at like World Nomads and Nationwide don't - including coverage for stolen phone, laptop, camera, and personal liability. They also access to crisis response (panic button), mental health, telemedicine, airport lounge for delayed flights etc which is pretty great
