Chris from Insured Nomads informed me of what all the travel insurance entails beforehand, was efficient in communication, as well as both kind & helpful throughout the duration of my trip overseas. Best way to travel carefree and safe
Insured Nomads does a great job with updates and communication. While traveling I get news about the area I am in. The staff is extremely helpful and warm. I feel that I am in good hands especially with the app being easy to use. Thank you!

Can't get ahold of any representative via phone. The only reliable way to communicate with anyone is via email. Not immediately available for real time questions/concerns.

Making the insurance was really easy but I would expect a brief explanation about what to do incase of... or how exactly the insurance works. the FAQ are not clear enough on those issues.
Eventually I didn't need to operate the insurance so I don't know how efficient is the claim process.
A bit pricey..
