Very easy to purchase
I literally bought my travel insurance in 5 minutes it was so easy and I'm pumped that I get an esim discount with it and airport lounge access since American airlines always has delays lol

I confirmed payment, the then got message saying please check email and follow instructions. The only email I received in the inbox was for this bloody survey!!!!!! All the information I needed ended up in the junk folder ?

A repeat customer - always great
Have been a repeat customer of insured nomads.
They have a very simple, no-nonsense platform for selecting the right coverage, seeing exactly what you're entitled to and going through the process of purchasing a premium.
Usually insurance is complicated and convoluting, but never with Insured Nomads. My default insurer for when I travel.

Non existent customer service
Non existent customer service when I bought a policy. Had to dispute the credit card charge because I never actually received the policy and had to use another company.
