Jake must be the most efficient and knowledgeable person ever. Such a joy to deal with someone who understands how to be professional. He replied so quickly to my email I thought it must be an automated response! He put in a monumental effort to deal with my technical enquiries and was absolutely superb. He could make a living demonstrating how to do a job properly and well for all the companies who constantly fail to do so.

Following a renewal quote for continuation of medical insurance with a well known provider, which had gone up by 12% and had been increasing for years despite having no claims, I got in touch with Insured Health for a comparison quote. Lee Pantin took me through all of the information gathering and explained everything thoroughly. I was able to get like for like cover with a low excess and access to local private hospitals with a reputable provider for £2,600 less! Tiernan was excellent by his services, very kind, professional, apologised when necessary, for instance had a cough or something and apologised when he did have them, very professional helpful & answered all questions we had thoroughly.

He has been an amazing help in getting our health insurance plan sorted, very polite with both of us, not too fast & no too slow in his voice.

I wanted to change my existing Healthcare policy as it the premiums had increased by an extortionate amount a month. I spoke to Jake Saxelby who checked the markets for me and took relevant details. He found me a policy with a well known company at about £70 less per month than I am now paying for a similar . Jake was very thorough, and did all the switching for me. He was also very friendly and told me that he would arrange contact every year to review my policy. He also provided me with his personal phone number for ease of contact. I’m very impressed!!

What made the experience great was the patience, honesty, and professionalism shown throughout the process. I never felt rushed or pressured, and all my questions were answered clearly and thoroughly.
