Coming on here has confirmed what I already knew that Sun-Life is very dodgy..
Promised a Amazon voucher and when nothing came through tried to phone and all I got is that everyone is dealt with suddenly didn’t exist..
So I felt compelled to come on here to warn people to stay away from this company

Sun life insurance is a con, they claim to give you a voucher if you go with them but the voucher somehow disappears, when I tried to contact them they claim that the voucher was sent but somehow got lost, they claim to re send it and again the same thing happen, 3 times of trying to get that voucher so it’s safe to say I gave up on the idea of receiving it. I honestly believe that it’s excuse they use, keep away.

I've tried to get in touch with this company for 5 weeks now, their number doesn't work, they don't respond to emails or texts either. They promise a free gift (fitbit) after 3 payments, I should have recieved mine back in March or April and still have not recieved this. I have an ongoing complaint which has been ignored. Worst service I've ever recieved from a company ever.

On agreeing life insurance and critical illness cover, I was promised a free gift on making my 3rd payment. I’ve now paid 5 payments and still no free gift. After numerous emails, and attempts to call the company, no response what so ever. You can’t even ring them as the number on website doesn’t work, what a shambles of a company. Promising people stuff just to get their business and then nothing.

I would never recommend this company, please please people go direct with the insurance company.

Service went from amazing to awful as soon as they got everything signed. Can't get anyone on the phone now, no further help on my issues, and as soon as I request the rebate they promised, suddenly all their agents are busy all the time, no return calls, no returned emails. If you use them, get the rebate up front.

Excellent customer service. Spoke to Daniel and he was so professional and knowledgeable which was reflected in the information he gave me. Detailed information I must add. I felt at ease throughout the call and never once did I feel I was being pressured to open a policy. It was my decision.
