We had a fantastic experience with the insulation crew! They topped up our ceiling insulation, fully insulated under the floor, and installed a moisture barrier—all done professionally and efficiently. The free assessment and detailed quote beforehand gave us full confidence in the process. A follow-up inspection the next week ensured everything was completed to a high standard, which we really appreciated. Communication from the whole team was excellent from start to finish. We have certainly noticed a warmer home. Highly recommend!

The guy who came out was fantastic. Explained what he was doing, products used, really professional service. Communication with the company was excellent.

Insulation Crew made the insulation process with the Warmer Kiwi Homes Grant quick and easy! Getting the initial assessment booked in was a breeze, and the install of the new insulation was booked for not long afterwards. The assessment afterwards to confirm it was up to scratch was arranged quickly too.

All of the staff members I dealt with were friendly and helpful, communicated well when timings needed to change, and arrived on time!
