Second time purchasing from Insubuy
This is our second time purchasing visitor medical insurance through Insubuy for my mother-in-law. Both times I called to get advice from an agent and they were very helpful. This time Ryan was the one who patiently answered my questions and helped me choose the best policy. This is just scam
This is just scam! I got a travel insurance for my daughter and being here (US) she got sick, I could get a medical appointment one month later. By then the wellness checkup that is includes was already expired, but I still took my daughter to see the doctor and know why happened to her what happened. They ordered an x-ray to be sure of the possible reason. Now, Zurich, the insurance that I paid for refuses to pay any bill because they say that my daughter has a pre-existing condition, which is not true. Everything happened because of the delay in the system to be able to give me an appointment right away when it was needed. I got insurance because I had used insuby in the pass but I didn't have the necessity to use the insurance at any time. I'm so frustrated and mad now because now that I had to used they just said that they can process the claims because of the pre-existing condition, and that's it. My daughter doesn't have any pre-existing condition, it's absurd. Don't buy with them if you think that there is an small chance that you may need to use the insurance for a minimal medical issue or anything.
