Helpful staff

Our purchase was delayed which could have caused problems for us. Instrumart staff were very helpful in finding a solution and communication was great. We were able to use a rental unit until our equipment was delivered which kept us on schedule.

Great prices.

I ordered parts for my chart recorder. Instrumart had great prices compared to my other suppliers. They also had stock on hand that they were able to ship overnight. That helped us resume production quickly.

Item took a lot longer than expected

Item took a lot longer than expected. Delivery date was put back and I was never informed. I didn't find out until I called wondering where my package was. Also after receiving my package, I had questions about a items I didn't receive, so I called and left a message, but still haven't heard back from them.

Hi Frank,

Thank you for taking the time to leave us with this feedback. I reviewed your order and do see that the manufacturer delayed the order by 1 week. We do our best to provide the most accurate lead times possible at the time of the order however, due to various circumstances that can arise with the manufacturer, these dates can sometimes change. We aim to communicate these changes as soon as they are known to us. I spoke with Dan, the engineer assigned to your order, who mentioned speaking with you over the phone a couple of times regarding the status of the order. He also contacted the manufacturer to try to expedite. Ultimately the manufacturer was unable to improve the ship date which Dan notified you of via email and gave the option to ship NDA once the order arrived to us.

We did also search our phone records and did not see any voicemails from you. Our apologies for missing your call. I let Dan know you had some questions and asked that he give you a call back.

everyone I dealt with was polite and friendly and had
no problem guiding me through the process of returning my item for recertification.
