The guy I spoke to walked me through the whole selection process and the next day I received a model that does just what I asked for. It was also so simple that even I could use it.

Good old style customer service
They answered the phone to answer my questions prior to me purchasing their product (a nice change from chatbots).
All the paperwork was in place. The packaging good and the product excellent and as advertised

Ordered a Fluke test meter following a search on internet, having previously purchased from Instrotech, and their price being competitive, they were my obvious choice.
I was not disappointed, goods well packed delivery as quoted, can’t ask for more.
