Im always very cautious when ordering on line and even more so when its for important purchases but placing my trust in Instantfitshutters paid off. I placed an order for 5 shutters for our lounge the plan being that if we were happy then we would order more for upstairs, I was given a delivery date and a dispatch update by Phillip and on arrival followed the simple installation guide, so simple, perfect fit they looked fantastic, quickly placed a second order after assurance from Philip that they could deliver for our deadline which they actually beat by 3 weeks! Great product, Great service competitive prices. order with confidence you will be looked after im sure. Thanks again Philip.

Excellent product. It looks so nice, and it came within a couple of days. I even got one of the measurements wrong and they contacted me to double check.

From start to finish Ben was extremely helpful and couldn’t do enough to help. He made sure I had measured my windows correctly. The handles on my windows were not straightforward but Ben assured me they could custom make them for me.
My shutters arrived well within the 4 week timeframe and the delivery team kept me updated throughout the day.
They were easy to fit and look amazing, they have transformed the look of my room as well as the windows.
I will be ordering again very soon.

To be sure I was measuring correctly I requested an online appointment. I had a video call with Ben who was extremely helpful and ensured I had submitted all info correctly.

The shutters themselves are great quality and literally take minutes to fit.

What an amazing company and product. We discovered this company via Instagram, who stood out from the rest in our opinion with their service and commitment to the customer.
We purchased a perfect fit shutter for our French doors, which was really easy to do, Ben from the company made it so straight forward and stress free with step by step one on one guidance. Amazing service.
They arrived within 2-3 weeks which was great, and look incredible. We have since now ordered for the whole house and was again really happy with the results and quality of the shutters. Highly recommend to anyone looking for perfect fit shutters 👏🏼.

I have been doing a whole home reno and can happily say that these shutters are one of my favourite purchases so far.

We have a very awkward bay window with a radiator underneath, which made deciding on a window covering very tricky. These shutters were the perfect solution, especially as we live on a main road so needed more privacy. The Instant Fit shutters offered a more affordable option for us, as opposed to traditional shutters, but I have to admit the main draw for me was the customer service I received (and am in no surprise that so many of the other reviews say the same thing). Ben went above and beyond, always available to reply to messages and queries. I can’t fault him.

Now, every time I walk into my bedroom I feel happiness admiring my beautiful shutters! Be warned though… once you get Instant Fit Shutters for one room you will more than likely want them in all your rooms 🤣

I will 100% return to use this company when renovating the remainder of my house and would recommend to everyone!

I have now placed 3 separate orders for shutter blinds with instant fit shutters. Ben is the reason I kept returning to this company. He organised the best configuration that gave amazing aesthetic results. All my shutters have arrived well packed and are great quality. I did previously shop around and this company has very competitive pricing. I would highly recommend them.

I was a little sceptical at first, hearing about ‘Ben’ assuming it would be a bot but I took the plunge. When the order was received I received messages from Ben to check the order and the shutters arrived on time. There was one shutter missing on delivery but Ben came to the rescue the same day and sorted it out within a matter of days and we received the missing order swiftly. Shutters look lovely and were easy enough to fit by myself. I love the fact we didn’t need to drill into our new windows. Very pleased and will definitely order more.

I'm not going to delete my original post (below) as I believe a full honest review is best, Phillip reached out and helped, I have had one new shutter delivered to replace the one that didn't fit.

I do believe the company still have issues especially with the credit card size gap to install the brackets, not one of the original 8 location where in the correct place so I had marks in my widow seals where I had to move them. I did get told on my new altered one they wouldn't line up, There was also a loose screw in the frame (on the old one).

Turned up larger than ordered and they say they tell you for allowance but all they do on about is glass size.

Update … refused to help now I give them a 1* asked me to change it to a 5 or remove it and they will help .. think that’s how they have so many 5* and lots of people said sizes are wrong but got sorted out fast

There was a small issue with our first blind which was quickly resolved with a new blind dispatched in a week great communication l can't recommend highly enough

Ordered these for my Kitchen Patio Doors and Window after my friend got them in her home. Unbelievable customer service from start to finish, easy to fit once delivered had a few little issues but nothing that wasn’t resolved quickly by the help of Ben.. Would highly recommend, worked out a lot cheaper than other companies, great quality and have kept our south facing kitchen/diner cool in this heat. Thank you!!
