I have a verified account, i made some deposits and withdraws. Today they blocked account and again i need to verrify account. Withdraw is blocked. I asked why because i already verrified account, no answer.

Banking details with blacked out my savings is not allowed. There is no reason for them to now how much money i have. Everything else is on the paper, name adres account number.... Its complete normal to black out certain things, even if you ask for a loan aso. Cant ask service for help or explanation because they always answer on everything its our POLICY. They blocked the access from the Netherlands, oke fine, but the deposit on it is stuck. It’s been 16 days now and the money still hasn’t been returned, no updates at all.

So in the morning they took my money and in the afternoon i’m not allowed to go on their website from NL. Since then my money has been held hostage.

I’ve been trying to resolve a blocked Instant Casino account for more than three months.
My account was closed right after I asked for GDPR data access, and since then:

* no reply to formal complaints
* live chat keeps repeating “send us an email”
* no explanation and no way to speak to anyone responsible
