’ve had a great experience with InstantCard. The process is quick and easy, and I really like working with this company. I recently needed to make a change to the back of my ID cards, and everything went smoothly.
A special thank you to Gina McNay for her excellent support. She was helpful, professional, and made the process very easy. I truly appreciate the great customer service and would definitely recommend InstantCard!

Glitchy batch uploading and unresponsive customer support
Managing employee ID badges through InstantCard is exhausting. Their CSV template for bulk uploads regularly triggers unhelpful syntax errors without telling you which row caused the issue. When we submitted a support ticket to fix a printing alignment error on 50 badges, it took them four business days just to reply with a generic stock answer.

Laura!
Working at a start-up, I have to contact many vendors. My brain is usually mush, and I'm usually reaching out at my wits' end. Laura was there for every email and phone call. Whether my issue was big or small, she met it with kindness, clear communication, and, most of all, patience. Please give this woman a raise because I am sure working in her position isn't easy, and her customer service deserves its own TED talk. Thank you thank you thank you Laura for all your help and all you do.
