Popping in to purchase paint for a wainscoting project, I was greeted by a friendly staff member whom enquired about our project and offered assistance. Opting to browse colours myself, I was then assisted to choose the right brand and paint base for our project. The store has a huge range of products from prep, paint, timber finishes and knowledgeable friendly staff, it is a brilliant combination!

Sarah at the Emerald branch was so helpful and amazing when providing suggestions for our painting project on my mother's house when battling mildew and asbestos. Helpful tips and detailed cautionary advice. Excellent customer service.

Very friendly and helpful staff at emerald store, the girl who served me (should have taken her name) was extremely helpful, asking how she could help me find what I need. She went out of her way to find the item I was looking for, sourcing it at another branch and organising delivery to Emerald store. She helped me make the right choice of paint for the job I need to do. Great shopping experience for a novice painter. I will definately shop there again knowing I will get the best service
