A very effective modality.
A very effective modality.
I was stuck in a difficult work situation and could see similarities to previous experiences. Oh no, not again!
Yvonne gently and thoroughly helped me find the underlying feelings and beliefs, then allowing their release.
I felt I was in very good hands and actually enjoyed the whole thing.
The work situation resolved immediately, and I have been quite ok dealing with a few follow up challenges since then.
The more healing and releasing old stuff causing problems in the world the better it will be.

Wonderful experience. I really benefited from the support and guidance I receive from
