Non-Existent Customer Service
I ordered an event-exclusive figure from INS Hobby about two weeks ago, beyond overjoyed to have it. However, some friends and I (who all ordered the same product) quickly discovered they greatly miscounted their own stock without outright informing any customers.
One friend had his order canceled early on alongside many others within the community; meanwhile, others had their figure shipped out. A friend and I, however, had no update either way, so we both emailed them. 12 days have passed with no response.
A friend of ours, who ordered his after both of us, and also just had happened to have ordered from them prior, had his shipped out immediately. He offered to ask about our order statuses for us, and he got a reply back in hours stating it was all in limbo.
Today, I open my email to see my order had been canceled without any explanation given - just a mere canceled statement.
They miscounted their stock, never responded to my friend and I, prioritized more recent orders over ours, and offered no cancellation explanation. Customer service does not seem to cross their mind or skill-set in the slightest. I couldn’t not recommend this storefront enough.
