Fingerprint charms

I have bought a few fingerprint charms from this company and all I can say is wow !!!
These charms are absolutely stunning and now me and my mum have charms that have my grandas fingerprint and can wear it while remembering him.
I defo 100% recommend this company as you won’t be disappointed in what you buy plus it comes in outstanding packaging and you can tell its been made with love which makes it even more special.

My daughter bought me one of your photo bracelets for Mother’s Day with a photo of me and my dad who sadly passed away 10 months ago it’s absolutely beautiful I was over the moon with it going to buy one for my mum for her birthday

Highly recommended - Beautiful bracelet and exceptional service!

I ordered a handwriting engraved bracelet only yesterday and it arrived today - that alone is exceptional service for a personalised item.

The bracelet is beautiful and feels a lovely quality. It’s a chain bracelet and doesn’t feel too flimsy. Is the perfect balance of feels durable but is still a fine chain and dainty.

The engraving is stunning and brought a tear to my eye.

I even changed my mind on some of the personalisation after I ordered. I emailed within an hour of ordering and asked if it could be amended and they replied immediately confirming they would make the change. I would have fully accepted if they couldn’t change it for me, as completely my fault for ordering and then changing my mind on one of the words, but they were so accommodating.

Amazing company providing an exceptional service and at a very good price point. Couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart of creating me something so my Nannan can be with me everyday x

Beautiful

This had my mum in tears we orderd this for her as a early mothers day gift with my grandma recently passing and she's had it on every day, we will definitely be back ordering more. You can tell there's love and care gone into making these beautiful items and the free gift blew me away. Thankyou so much!

We’re very sorry to hear that you’re not happy with your piece.

Our engravings are intentionally designed to have a deeper finish so they can be both seen and felt, allowing you to keep that connection to your loved one in a more tactile way.

However, as you ordered a photo necklace, these are created using a different engraving method. Photo engravings are designed to be lighter and smoother in order to capture all of the finer details of the image, so they should not have any noticeable texture.

We would really like to look into this further for you and ensure everything is as it should be. Please do contact us directly so we can review your piece and help resolve this for you.
