The parcel was delivered to an unknown address.
You can't contact Inpost to register a complaint.
And they sent a fake Trustpilot review email that my IT person tells me isn't Trustpilot.
They have wasted several hours of my day for nothing.
Hopeless.
I dropped my parcel off got a receipt however the tracking doesn't work the shop l dropped my parcel of at says it has been collected and they can't help no help whatsoever from in post
Servizio preciso, i pacchi sono in ordine (anche quelli pesanti). Il punto di ritiro vicino a casa mia è gestito da un papà con sua figlia e sono di una gentilezza e una garbatezza che difficilmente trovo in altri posti.

The delivery service to my local in post lockers locker couldn’t be better. I get notifications when they leave the parcel and it only takes 20 seconds to retrieve it
Ho ricevuto da questo servizio di corrieri una spedizione in due giorni lavorativi.
Mi rendo comunque conto che non possa essere una regola ma 2-3 giorni lavorativi sono accettabili. Grazie per il servizio erano prodotti di cui avevo bisogno per cure continuative.
Evitano palesemente la consegna a domicilio. Ti invitano prima della stessa a scegliere un punto di consegna. Se non vai a ritirare, dicono di essere passati ma, con 2 diverse consegne ho avuto lo stesso problema. 2+ 2 tentativi di consegna in cui ero a casa ma nessuno ha mai suonato il campanello, l'ultima volta ho lasciato anche il cancello aperto.
Conseguenza: ritiro a 20 minuti di macchina. Tutto ciò dopo aver richiesto la consegna a domicilio.
Should have given zero stars. In post does not care about vulnerable customers with neurodivergence, mental health or learning difficulties. They do not cater to that. Their staff clearly have no training
I have had 3 parcels sent by 3 different companies via "In Post" but NONE of the parcels have been delivered even though "In Post's" site says that the parcels were delivered
Every time my parcels are delivered without undue delay and to the InPost safety box nearby. I’m kept in the loop. For me they are one of the best delivery companies
Had two separate deliveries to which one was via a courier on a moped. Gates were closed so through over the wall completely unaware of what is on other side. Shocking service reflecting on the seller from whom the goods were purchased. “ Buy cheap pay dear”
Another day another parcel gone missing, don’t know how long this company can go on just sending emails saying wait and wait even longer, my advice would be to avoid at all costs.

Had an Amazon purchase delivered to my home today. When the delivery driver from Inpost arrived with my parcel he knocked once and I took maximum 10 seconds to answer the door to him and when I answered the door he was at the end of my path walking away with my parcel. When I said I had CCT camera proof he must have stood at my door for less than 10 seconds all I got was abuse from him. Couldn’t even be bothered to leave it on my doorstep! Amazon need to investigate these companies that are giving them a bad name.
I have a parcel to collect which was ordered via Vinted. The parcel arrived at the local store yesterday but apparently I only have until tomorrow to collect. 48 hours is unrealistic when people have busy lives and the car has broken down! Very disappointing and inconvenient. Vinted should not use this company, 7 days to collect would be reasonable.
We were not in when it was delivered. The courier put the package where we asked. Excellent.
The driver was rude and sweared at me
The parcel was late though they said it had been delivered. When it did come, not only did the driver swear he did not even attempt to leave it in the safe place. I am disabled and I find it difficult to get to the door. This is yodel not a new service.
Worst delivery in the UK conflicting e mails, date time we called. Especially since sat at home waiting AGAIN this company used by OHS parcel turned up after days delays snd cancelling my order arrivedwith no notification from Inpost or is it YODEL The driver apparently coild not find the addess this time think he was at the incorect door, Customer services inept
Urban outfitters parcel date and time given still sat waiting - tey apparently called I was here they were not. BLUE door mine is grey so thats my last order with Urban outfitters
Worse delivery company! Lie all the time! Hold parcels for days even weeks, then lie!!! Avoid at all cost
