My cousin recently passed away, and I used
Inpeace services. I actually did all the paperwork a week before he passed. Once he passed, I knew exactly what to do, who to call.
This made everything so much easier on me. This was a very difficult time and the staff at inpeace were excellent, kind, compassionate, and caring, understanding! I had a few special needs, and they took care of everything for me. Communication is excellent, they got back to me immediately, Brianna and Matt are amazing!
The thing about using inpeace is that when my loved one passed , I knew exactly what to do and who to call which is so important in a time like that! I would definitely recommend them and use them again! If I can give them 10 stars, I would!

Words cannot express how grateful we are for InPeace's compassionate and seamless service. Our great-aunt passed away unexpectedly in October in Yonkers, NY, while our entire family lives in Arizona. Dealing with a loss is hard enough, but navigating it from across the country felt overwhelming.

InPeace was a true blessing. They handled everything with the utmost professionalism and care. They took care of the entire cremation process in New York, communicated with us clearly every step of the way, and then arranged for her cremated remains to be shipped directly to our home in Tucson, AZ.

They even made sure we received the death certificates we needed, which was one less thing for us to worry about during such a painful time.

What truly sets InPeace apart is that we can feel they genuinely care. They treated our great-aunt and our family with respect and empathy, not just as a transaction. When you lose a loved one, especially one who passes away in another state, you feel helpless. InPeace took that burden away.

We wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone, but especially to those facing the complex logistics of an out-of-state passing. They are trustworthy, compassionate, and made an impossible situation manageable.

There is never a good time to deal with the loss of a loved one. Whenever someone goes out of their way to make the process go easier, it is very much appreciated. I spoke with Brianne at InPeace. She was consoling, professional, and kept in contact with me to ensure the process went as painless and easy as possible. To anyone who has to go through the emotional difficulty of dealing with a loss, I would strongly recommend the staff at InPeace.

My Dad was transferred to Westchester Medical for care and unfortunately passed away there. We are from upstate and the last couple days he was alive, I was so overwhelmed with what I was going to do. I found Inpeace and am so thankful I did. Every thing from the online paperwork to the immediate communication from them was so needed in my time of overwhelm. A couple days after he passed I was deep in my grief and became anxious that everything was going okay. I used their direct cremation service The process was hassle free. All I did was make the phone call and submit paperwork online which took less the ten minutes and they did the rest. I would use them again and recommend them to others who find themselves in the same unfortunately predicament.

My family’s experience with Inpeace was remarkable, especially given the horror stories I have read about the funeral industry. In contrast, Inpeace made a very sad and difficult time relatively easy. Matt Tedder, our Inpeace representative, took care of all needed arrangements and documentation without any problems. Questions were answered very quickly and efficiently. Family dynamics were managed patiently and respectfully. In total, I could not have asked for a better experience! I am truly grateful for the outstanding service Inpeace provided.

I was looking for aquamation services initially and Inpeace’s website is super easy to use. The price includes everything and immediately Ryan called me up. He communicated well and kept me informed. Unfortunately aquamation is not yet legal in New York State so they would have to do it in Connecticut. In the end my family opted for regular cremation which was done in New Jersey. Ryan told me where to send the urn and never tried to upsell anything. So I ended up buying an urn from Costco. I would use their services again and maybe aquamation will be legal in New York and New Jersey by then. Thank you.

Inpeace truly gave my family and I the peace my family needed.My mother was taken to Albany NY 4 hrs away due to health emergency and unfortunately transitioned. I hadn’t any true connection or ties to anyone or anywhere to be able to have a proper cremation. An amazing Nurse at Hospital highly recommended InPeace and I called and spoke to an Amazing Man Matt. He gave me such ease and assurances that my mother would be able to be taken care of and that I and my family could afford. I am so grateful for the support and the follow up Matt at inPeace was able to provide myself and our family in such a highly sensitive time. This is absolutely somewhere I highly recommend.

Ryan was very supportive and understanding. He let me know how each step was going to go. I was never at a loss of what to do or what would happen next. He was always informative. Inpeace handled everything from beginning to end. All I had to do was fill out some paperwork online. Everything else was done and I was always aware of where we were in the process. Most of the other more expensive places promise you more. I do not know how much more care and respect could be offered by anyone as was offered to us by Inpeace. All I can say is that we all felt that my mom was respected and that so were we. I highly recommed them

Ryan and Matt were professional, understanding and sensitive. They also were very accessible and very helpful in explaining the cremation process, caring and attentive in answering every question and tending to every detail. They made the cremation of my husband, from beginning to end, as bearable for me as possible and were always at the other end of my cell to meet my needs.

This is my second time using the services of Inpeace. To say my family and I were satisfied with their services is putting it mildly. Ryan and Matt are awesome, never made me feel uncomfortable contacting them for any reason. They don’t make it a drawn out process which I thing is a vital part of the family’s grieving process. This process wasn't easy as a whole, but working with in peace was the single best part of this whole process. They were kind, didn't try to upsell me and really showed genuine compassion and care for both my situation and my father's remains. I was so devastated when my father passed away I just kind of took a stab in the dark and went with the first reliable looking place I saw. Luckily I chose well. Both Matt and Ryan were helpful and kind. They answered all of my questions and gave me all the support I could ask for.
