I truly appreciated my recent experience of attending Coaching and Mentoring Leadership programme - CMI Level 7 led by William McKee. I found William’s approach to learning facilitation and the applied nature of the course very helpful. Building on wealth of his own knowledge and experience, he also ensured a mutual learning environment among the participants that I found particularly beneficial.

I attended the level 7 Leadership Coaching and Mentoring training.
The course was great, although online which can sometimes make training less engaging this wasn't the case with this course. William McKee's knowledge and passion for the content meant it was a great 4 days and the skills that I have taken away from this training are already proving invaluable.

The Senior Leadership Programme was brilliant.
Trainer (Jay) was excellent with so much knowledge and experience to pass on.
I completed the training virtually which worked really well for me but was still delivered to meet my learning style.
A great course, would highly recommend.

Just attended this week long course, which was a great introduction into the role and responsibilities of company directors. The delivery of the course was pitched just right by Janet, David and Bill, especially for someone that is new to this area. The venue and facilities in Manchester were good, and overall a great course which I would highly recommend.

Liv on site each day made it run super smooth and was always there to help. The content and delivery style of all the tutors was second to none and the take away from the training week was well worth it!

Great course to give you a good overview of what the role as a director in any type or size of business actually means and you walk away with the tools on how to navigate throughout. Some instructors of course better than others, but that is also always a personal preference.

I think for the level of depth and material covered, the price is really reasonable also.

I really enjoyed the senior leadership course I attended last week. We had a great trainer, content and group.

Really enjoyed the L7 Coaching. Great course, great tutor, met lots of like minded people in the group. The experience made me feel much more confident about delivering coaching and encouraging contributions and ideas from others.

The course gave me an opportunity to view the workplace from a strategic and talent management point of view. It was refreshing to take time out from the workplace and enjoy the company of other organisations.

This programme was very well organised. Erin was extremely helpful and communicated well.

Charlie was an excellent teacher. Explained everything in a way that we all can understand. Open to answer questions and provide extra support.

Having recently completed the Directors Development Programme Accelerator - Split Delivery course, I cannot recommend it highly enough. The material was relevant to my my requirements and the instructors were very knowledgeable & engaging. Delivery over Zoom meant that I could still be present in the office and oversee my business between sessions.

Informative course. Covered everything that was expected. Excellent tutor who was very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.

Great experience from the start. Timely and simple administration throughout the course from Olivia, making all the steps easy.
The course content was interesting, engaging and relevant. Really great to have an up to date course aimed at Practice Managers in Primary Care.
Kerry delivered the course and was amazing. For a 4-day online course she maintained interest throughout and kept everyone onboard as she went along.
The pace of the course was excellent with masses of content but a good mix of theory, case study examples and group work.
It looks like there is lots of support for the ongoing assignments towards the CMI Level 7 award.

Very engaging instructor, really good examples and methods used rather than PowerPoint of the slides. Covered everything and all questions answered in a way you could understand and not be a financial wiz.

I attended the DDP Module - Finance For Non-Finance Directors course on the 7th November 2024 and found this course to be very informative and educational. The tutor was excellent at explaining finance management principles and taught the whole course really well. The reading list recommendations and course handouts were also really helpful. The team at In Professional Development provided great customer service from start to finish and are a very warm and professional. Overall great experience and I would recommend this course.
