I wanted specific Inov8 trail runners in the correct fit (wide) to replace my identical ones which had done over 500 miles! Speedy delivery and I was sent a free pair of Inov8 socks too which was a bonus. I only hope Inov8 do not discontinued the Trail Talon wide fit EVER as they're easily the best trail runners I've ever used

Great experience
The staff in the Bakewell store were brilliant. Spent a long time looking for the best shoe and fit for me, and full of great advice. It was the best and most detailed running shoe shopping experience I’ve had, and the shoes themselves are great. Can’t recommend more.

My son in New York made me aware of the…
My son in New York made me aware of the big sale you had on. Unfortunately, you didn't have the shoe I really wanted in my size - the Innov8 talon which I have orienteered in for years so I got the mud-talon - much bigger rubber "studs" on the sole - but that should be okay, I think. The sole is also rather than thicker than I really like - higher means less barefoot feel and easier to turn ankle. Anyway, they came very quickly so I am pleased.

the wrong colour shoes have been delivered I requested a red colour shoe and was delivered a black colour

We have asked the team to look into this, and the system does show that a Blue/Black MudTalon V2 was ordered, so that was the colour that was shipped. That model also doesn't come in a Red colour unfortunately, but we have asked the team to contact you via email to look into this further.

Innov8 Trailfly - amazing!
I have always run in the winter in innov8 mud talons but I needed a new pair of trainers for summer running on hard ground so I decided to try the innov8 trail fly. It was the best decision as they are so comfortable that I really do live in them at the moment. I always buy trainers a half size up but having read reviews I decided to go another half size, which I was concerned maybe too much but they are a perfect fit. I am definitely a innov8 convert and would highly recommend these trainers
