We had a serious mice problem in our kitchen for weeks. Krzysztof came the next day, explained exactly what he was doing and why, and proofed every entry point he found. Three weeks later — no signs of mice at all. Really impressed with the level of detail and the fact that he took the time to explain everything. Would definitely recommend Inoculand.
Working with Inoculand and with Daniel was very professional. Daniel knows what he is doing and he proofed my house from mice and rats while we were renovating it and since we moved in we have not seen any mice activity.

When we first spoke, I could sense how cautious and understandably wary you were, having already been through so much with other pest control firms that had unfortunately let you down. We had several conversations before you made the decision to trust Inoculand, and I really appreciated your honesty and clarity throughout.
Your property was particularly puzzling—immaculate, with brand new furniture and no visible signs of infestation. Yet the bite marks told a different story. It was clear we needed to be thorough, and so we carried out a detailed three-round chemical treatment using Cimetrol Super and Biopren 6EC to ensure nothing was left to chance. I believe the key had been to treat as well all the surrounding and communal areas to prevent reinfestation.
We’re genuinely thrilled that, after more than eight months, you’ve had no further activity. Thank you again for your trust and for sharing your experience—it will no doubt help others in similar situations make a more informed choice.

Poor communication and timekeeping! Don’t waste your time!!
Made an appointment for 6pm. I was asked if I could do 7pm and I said it was too late as my husband will have left for work. I had a text at 6 to say they were on their way, I asked how long and had no response. At 7.15pm still no sign of them so I text them and asked them not to come as my husband had left for work and I do not feel comfortable letting workmen in this late by myself. Received an invoice later that evening despite the appointment not being kept. Emailed and text the company to inform them and never received a single word back to schedule another appointment!
Avoid this bogus company.
Complete waste of time.
They have fake reviews on their website.
Daniel Neves is a person with zero morals or integrity. Do not trust him or use this business.
He wastes people's time. He makes appointments, asks for cash and then does not turn up.
J.B. Sawyer Services (actually polish workers using an English name they advertise on Gumtree - avoid them too.) Bogus. Aleksandra from JB Sawyer goes into ppl's houses makes appointments and does the same as the not to be trusted daniel neves.
Find an English company instead.
Further to his reply below I add the following.
He failed to turn up or notify me. At 8.03pm he sent a text simply saying he has 3 more jobs to go. Nothing else. This is the truth. I showed this text to ppl who were with me as we all waited for him. No further communication was received from him. He knows this is the truth. He is lying when he states that I said I had no money. I never said that. If I had said that why did he then make an appointment to attend to do the work. I do not appreciate liars.
As this is England and a democracy where there is freedom of speech and we are not in the eu thank goodness, It is perfectly acceptable for an English person to say they want an English company. It is not defamatory and I am not woke as he clearly is.
The next day, no communication from him or apology for failing to turn up. This is typical of ppl like him.
I already suspected he was a liar when his office failed to send an email confirming the appointment.
Daniel Neves thinks that it is perfectly acceptable to waste people's time. It is not. Ppl like him like to see in ppl's houses and make fake appointments.
He can flag as much as he likes and lie on this site as much as he likes. He knows the truth of what really happened.
He is not to be trusted at all.

Dear Catherine, given your circumstances, I even offered to carry out the mice treatment for free and was prepared to fit the washing machine for you. But when you said you had no money, I would have wanted to collect the payment in cash and in advance to carry out the mouse proofing. I am a hard working person and kind hearted. I may be a French national but Inoculand Limited is a fully registered English company. The same can possibly be said for JB Sawyers. Though I am sympathetic to your circumstances, I do not appreciate being denigrated in this fashion.
