We chose Innpacked Ltd as we wanted a full package from start to finish in obtaining a Personal Licence for myself plus a Premises Licence. They provided all of the information I needed to revise for and take the APLH qualification, which I passed and obtained within a week of applying for the award. (I sat this exam remotely, all of the links worked, and everything went very smoothly and they kept me up to date at every stage leading up to the exam). Once passing the APLH they then processed my application for a Personal Licence, via my Local Authority, and again this came through very quickly and my Personal Licence was granted without any delay or issues. The final stage was for the Premises Licence itself and after I provided all of the information Innpacked requested in order for them to make the application, the application was submitted to the Local Authority. After waiting the requisite 30 days for the licence application to be advertised and displayed outside our property we were granted a Premises Licence the very next day. All members of staff I dealt with were extremely knowledgeable and professional. They held my hand throughout the whole process, and to my mind, were faultless. I would not hesitate recommend Innpacked Ltd as consultants for anyone wishing to obtain Personal or Premises Licences. Finally, the cost for this service was also extremely good value for money.

It was an easy process. You could do the online e-learning course at your own pace and then book the exam when you are ready. Everything was straight forward and easy to follow. The whole process was great, I don’t think I could fault it. I am now a personal license holder thanks to Innpacked.
