I didn’t expect it to be real—I just went for the experience.
But once I surrendered to the breathwork and let go, something shifted. I felt completely set free. My body tingled, waves of hot and cold moved through me, and I entered a state I’ve never felt before. It was powerful, emotional, and deeply healing. I left feeling lighter, chilled, and more connected to myself than I’ve been in a long time. I wish I could do this every week.

When I first came to Innercamp, I didn’t know just how much breathwork would impact me. I began with a few workshops that turned out to be some of the most profound experiences of my life — opening doors within me that I didn’t even realise were closed. Those sessions gave me such clarity, release, and a sense of connection that I felt deeply called to go further. That’s what led me to join the teacher training course, which has been an incredible journey in itself.

All Innercamp facilitators are so knowledgable and supportive - everything is grounded in a science-based approach that makes you feel safe and held throughout. Each session feels like a journey inward, guided in a way that helps you to surrender and trust the process. This even happens in the larger group sessions such as the workshops which are an incredible experience.

Looking back, I can honestly say Innercamp has helped me grow, heal, and step into a deeper version of myself. I’m so grateful for the journey and would recommend it to anyone curious about breathwork or ready to make a change.

What an experience! I didn’t realise how disconnected i was to my own body. Inner camp created a space where I could feel I had safety within myself. I found I could express myself without judgement and it was so liberating. This is going to be an ongoing ritual for my self love journey. Thank you 🙏🏽

I have completed Breathwork Teacher Training with InnerCamp and this was one of the best trainings in my life!
At first I participated in two sessions before deciding to go for the teacher training and this was the best decision.
The support I have received and still receiving it’s beyond my expectations.
This journey has not only given me tools to guide others but has also helped me step more fully into my own truth. I feel honoured, grateful, and deeply inspired to carry this work forward.

As both a student and former participant, I find the InnerCamp workshops to be incredibly transformational.
They are held in the most beautifully safe way so everyone is able to have whatever experience they have arrived for. The team hold the space with respect and observe boundaries and you can really see how much planning and support goes into each element of the workshops.

The InnerCamp training programmes are extremely safe, trauma informed in line with the most recent research, effective, inclusive and have developed me personally and professionally in a way I could never have imagined as well as helped to shape me into the facilitator I am now.

I attended a holosomatic breathwork session in Birmingham last night. From the moment I walked in, the space felt welcoming, grounded, and safe – the perfect environment to go deep.
The facilitators held the session with such presence and care, guiding through breathwork that was both powerful and deeply healing. I was amazed at how much emotion and insight surfaced—without saying a word. The music, the lighting, the gentle guidance… everything was so thoughtfully curated.
If you’re looking for a way to release, recharge, or simply reconnect with your inner self, I can't recommend this enough.
A beautiful experience—thank you for holding such a sacred space.

I feel this was falsely advertised. The videos and marketing all highlighted the spinal release, but that never happened, and no one came around to facilitate it. The session was very focused on breathwork.
While it’s well put together, it’s not worth the price – especially given what actually happens during the session. The women sitting around me seemed to feel the same way.
I wouldn’t book again and do not recommend it. You can find plenty of breathwork facilitators elsewhere.

The education was far beyond my expectations. Amazing learning platform, so much practical experience gained with incredible instructors. Don’t hesitate - do the course!!

The InnerCamp Holosomatic Bodywork Training was a deeply enriching experience. The course itself is packed with detailed and insightful knowledge about the interconnectedness of trauma and the body, presented in a way that felt both professional and accessible.

Beyond the information, what made this training so valuable was the personal journey it took me on. The practices and reflection exercises encouraged me to continually meet myself at new layers, pushing my edge and supporting profound self-development. I was able to deepen into my own healing while also gaining confidence in guiding and holding space for others in theirs.

Ik doorliep het volledige breathwork pakket. Zowel de onsite als online trainingen. Onsite is zo een meerwaarde! Je leert de teachers echt kennen in-person. Alles wordt zeer goed uitgelegd. Dit was alvast een week om nooit meer te vergeten. Maar de rit erna was eigenlijk nog veel diepgaander. 16 modulen met telkens de nodige opdrachten gaande van luchtig en oppervlakkig tot zeer zeer diepgaande opdrachten. En net die opdrachten, die hebben veel gedaan aan mijn intern helingsproces. HEt legde dingen bloot waarvan ik niet wist ermee te struggelen.

Verder is de opleiding zeer duidelijk opgebouwd en zeer onderstuenend als begeleider. Aan alles is gedacht stap-voor-stap. Je krijgt een eigen mentor toegewezen waarbij je meet al je vragen terecht kan.

I completed Breathwork Teacher Training Level 1+2 and Level 3 and Holosomatic Energy Theraoy Training with Inner Camp over the last two years and I feel honored to be a part of Inne Camp healing tribe.
Both trainings have had an enormous impact on my life and led to growth and evolution in all areas of my life.
I really love the combination of science and spirituality that Inner Camp offers. And how everything they teach and how they teach is trauma-informed, therefore really safe.

I absolutely love the journey with Inner Camp, for completed the Tantra Facilitator training earlier, continued with the Cacao Facilitator, and who knows, maybe there will be more in the future! If there's training I would enroll to further, it would be with Inner Camp!

I had been following Innercamp online for a while. As a holistic coach
dealing with high performing clients in the law and banking sector, I
realized that most of my clients, as I used to be, where disconnected
from their bodies and emotions I knew that the body was the key.
When they offered a session in Madrid I decided to attend and
experience their work and vibe and from the first second I knew
Innercamp was the right place for me. The way they took care of
everything, their professionalism, their energy. I liked it so much that I
repeated and signed up for the BodyWork Hybrid program.
The on-site experience was one of the most amazing, transforming
and inspiring experiences I have ever had. Alexis and Joanna are such
loving, knowledgeable, caring professionals, that just 1 week felt too
short. The environment of trust and fellowship they created was
spectacular and the connections I made there were at another level.
The online program is deep, interesting, very precise, challenging at
times, but it really provides you will all the necessary tools and
knowledge to be able to safely provide holosomatic bodywork to your
clients. I definitively would recommend any kind of activity with
Innercamp and I surely will repeat and continue my training with

InnerCamp offers useful and well-organized educational programs in the field of spirituality and personal development. I have recently completed one and am continuing my education with them. The programs are certified and offer basis for developing a business as well. They have a group of excellent teachers, their platform is user-friendly and they have a big community that offers support to members after the completion of programs. My experience with them was really fantastic and I would recommend this school to everyone interested in these programs.

It was alright therefore 3 stars. I had more expectations and I shared my feedback with them what I was missing.

Choosing the right breathwork training was something I didn’t take lightly. I spent a lot of time researching, comparing different programs, and reading through countless reviews.
