We were looked after by Inmo Investments and personally by Alexander Pichlmayr when selling our house. From the first contact to the final handover, we received perfect advice and support. Alexander and his team are extremely professional and friendly. Since real estate transactions in Spain are different from Germany in many details, the very good advice from Inmo Investments has paid off. The high degree of digitization is nice, so preliminary contracts and the like could be easily signed online, always with the perfect advice and explanation from Inmoinvestments. Thanks to good preparation by Alexander, all the necessary documents were available in good time. Due to the good experience, I can absolutely recommend Inmo Investments, professionals are at work here and you are in honest and safe hands!

Wer sorglos kaufen möchte und dann noch von einem professionellen Team, dann kann ich nur Inmo Investments empfehlen!! Marcel hat uns einen super Service geboten. War immer für uns da und hat tausende von Fragen, selbst am Wochenende, sofort beantwortet. Es ist im fremden Land unbedingt notwendig, vertrauensvolle und ehrliche Makler zu finden, die dir wirklich alles abnehmen! Besser geht es nicht. Wohnung besichtigen, Kaufvertrag unterschreiben und alles andere übernimmt Inmo Investments. Von der NIE NR., über Notartermin bis zur Stromanmeldung. Ich kann Marcel und das gesamte Team nur weiterempfehlen. Ich glaube besser uns professioneller geht es nicht mehr. From the first conversation until (even) after the notary appointment, I was really well looked after by Alexander and his team! The sale process went smoothly. Im Juni 2021 hatte ich den ersten Kontakt mit inmoinvest.Im Oktober war ich Persöhnlich in Spanien wegen Hausbesichtigungen,und habe dann auch ein Haus Gekauft.Alles super gelaufen.Man hat mir Notartermin Beantragung der Nie Nummer anmeldung der Versorger alles abgenommen.Im Januar habe ich mein Haus gekauft und am 15.01.2022 bin ich in mein Haus Eingezogen.Jetzt bin ich schon seit zwei Monaten in Spanien ansässig,und ich kann immer noch jeder zeit anrufen,und mann hilft mir einfach und schnell weiter.
Ich kann Inmoinvestments nur weiter Empfehlen ohne wenn und aber.

Ein sehr professionelles Immobilienunternehmen bei dem man sich direkt gut aufgehoben fühlt. Wir haben in Spanien auch andere Makler kennengelernt und haben Unterschiede kennenlernen müssen.
