I had already bought one tattoo and it was perfect. My second one smudged and didn’t last. I sent them a picture and Chantel responded within minutes. Replaced the one that had issues plus two more. I’m amazed by the speed and quality of customer service.

Ive gotten a few of their tattoos since im getting a few soon and wanted to make sure i liked the placement and what not. I ordered one and it came kinda damaged so i sent them an email about it and not only did they replace the previously damaged tattoo they gave me 2 free additional tattoos. They responded extremely fast and the entire process only took 2 days to complete and receive help. I highly highly recommend their products and services if youre trying to get a temporary tattoo. Hopefully i dont sound like a bot, just seriously had a very positive experience even tho my original package came damaged.

My first tat does not develop. I contacted the company with a picture. Chanel responded immediately said that they were replaced the one that I ordered +2 free, I really didn’t need the two free ones. I was just like the one that replaced. I really liked it. Great communication thank you Chanel

Die Tattoos sehen wie echt aus. Der Service war auch super. Eine Reklamation wurde umgehend bearbeitet und zufriedenstellend gelöst. Jetzt war es nur zum testen und für den nächsten Urlaub werden wir dann wieder eine neue Bestellung machen 🥰

I emailed the good folks at INKON about an issue I had with application and longevity of the tattoos- they got back to me, right away, and sent me courtesy tattoos for my inconvenience- which was above and beyond what most companies would do for their clients! I am very impressed with the standard of customer service they practice, and will recommend INKON to anyone within earshot!

I ordered a smaller tattoo of a scorpion but it did not develop right. It wasn't nearly dark enough and so I emailed them if I could get another one. I received a prompt reply back and they added 2 additional tattoos free of charge on top of the same one I ordered. I'm awaiting development. Thats already been shipped and I am excited to put on the tattoos!

Order a tattoo and I sent it to the wrong address I messaged customer service and they got it changed for me really quick and the tattoos look great

There was a problem with my order and it getting shipped to my home. The support team was very quick to put in a replacement order with an extra set on top. Im very thankful for the teams efforts to make things right.

I’ve tried inkon tattoo a couple of times with great satisfaction. When I did have a problem they reached out immediately and corrected it very quickly. Great customer service.

Multiple emails multiple questions took time to advise on how and what to do I found so many designs I had liked ended up with three sleeves and 6 inch designs to try out when do I may sleeve, Best to have a second person for better placement do recommend shaving hair off moisturizing lotion applying for the 30-40 seconds. I put lotion on about A half hour later and then Saran wrapped cellophane overnight the tattoo came out like it was fresh ink from a real tattoo to where my boss told me to wrap it up thinking it was real it does 48 hours to fully develop I am still enjoying my first sleeve Have a few more designs To go I just want to CHANEL for all the help they have given me with my multiple questions

Excellent customer service, on all levels

They don't work at all as advertised it just looks like a crappy sticker from a old cereal box and comes off after 2 days. Totally worthless. All the 5 star reviews are fake.

When I selected Apple Pay it auto defaulted to my old address. I reached out and explained the situation and they sent me a whole new order - free of charge - to the appropriate address. 10/10 customer service. Would recommend to anyone.

The first order I made, my Google account got connected through payment and it had the wrong shipping address. Definitely my fault. I contacted inkon to try and change it and i guess there was no way to do that.

I did however go to the address and received it. It was missing the primer wipes, so I contacted them again and they offered to replace the first one I tried to put on with failure and also send me 2 more at no extra cost.

I sent a email back with which ones I would like to try and also asked if they needed my address. I then got a email with the shipping for the next order. They used the same address as the first one which was wrong and also didn't get one of the tattoos right.

I wish there was just one more email confirming things before just sending another order out. They did reply quickly and tried to take care of it but a little disappointing that there's still issues.

Grade A customer service. Accidentally had the wrong address chosen and they corrected it within 24 hours with no hassle. Will absolutely shop here for fun temporary events like the World Cup!

Ordered a sleeve tattoo, the tribal one. The 1st application didn’t go so great for me as I think the application instructions could have been more detailed to add a damp cloth overtop for the tattoo to stick and be effective. However, after contacting customer support they were understanding and great in giving me another free tattoo of the same one I ordered plus two free ones and they turned out great the 2nd time around. Since then I have ordered more and get great compliments on them all the time when I am out and even at work.
