Thank you Matthew, we're very pleased you were so happy with them : )
Very well done
Very well done! The amount of effort put into the packaging and the tattoos themselves is great, especially with how cheap it is in comparison to any other store that tries to do something similar. Greatly appreciated!

Order didn't arrive but the owner cares
My order didn't arrive but the business owner clearly cares. For now no problem but if it doesn't arrive soon I expect a refund.

Another update
Thank you for editing your review - yes absolutely I care! I want you to be happy! It’s also upsetting for us here when the Royal Mail don’t deliver on time as we hand make your tattoos especially - a lot of work goes in and they’re one of a kind pieces, like yours are.
Updating this as-well
Borys I have emailed you directly with your tracking link and also proof of your tattoos and a screenshot of the cart page where it explains the shipping process, you would have seen this and chosen this both times you have ordered from us. Once again InkBound are nothing to do with the Royal Mail who are the national postal service. Your 24 tracked option should have meant that your tattoos arrived on Monday 12th, it's now Wednesday 14th (2 days later). The tracking link is stating that they were collected on Saturday morning but it has not been updated. If you want to complain about this you will need to complain to the Royal Mail directly.
If the Royal Mail have lost your parcel then we will remake them for you of course - but we need to give it time to see if they get delivered.
The rest of the information is in the email I have sent you.
----
Borys, I’m sorry to hear your order didn’t arrive, unfortunately we have absolutely no control over the Royal Mail.
We actually made your tattoos within a 24hr period - you ordered on the evening of the 7th Feb, production as quoted on the website takes between 2 - 5 days but your tattoos were in the post on the morning of 10th Feb (initial response said 9th but that was incorrect, they were posted on the 10th).
You selected Royal Mail 24 tracked option which is a next day service from the Royal Mail (not the most expensive on there - the most expensive was special delivery). Once the tattoos are handed to the Royal Mail it’s completely out of our control.
Obviously this was your second order in the space of a few weeks and I am sorry the Royal Mail haven’t delivered the second ones yet, it’s very frustrating for both you and I - I do know they’ve been having problems this past week plus with the Valentine’s Day post things are busier for them.
Again we can only control the production time of your tattoos and how fast we can dispatch them - Had you have contacted us directly to say they’d not arrived then we could have tried to trace it. We’d always prefer you to contact us and speak to us so we can help rather than for you to write us a negative review - we want you to be happy with our service but again we’ve no control over the Royal Mail. One thing has nothing to do with the other.
You should have received an email from the Royal Mail with a tracking link - perhaps you can call them and try and see where it is. If not please email us directly and I’ll send you the link.
Great service great product
