Their service was very impeccable
Their service was very impeccable, the lady that was rendering the service was very bubbly, despite the needles and stuff, I highly recommend them and I think we haven't given them their flowers that they deserve

Hey Sandile, This is such a lovely review but i think it might have been meant for a tattoo studio and not us - we are a temproary tattoo company www.inkbound.co.uk. I'm sure whoever you wrote this for would greatly appreciate it : )

The tattoos were supposed to last…
The tattoos were supposed to last between 2 and 10 days. It wasn’t 24 hours before half of it had come off and I was only at home 🙁

Dear Scott
Thank you for your feedback. I’m genuinely sorry to hear that your temporary tattoo didn’t last as expected. Our tattoos are designed to last between 2 to 10 days, so it’s disappointing to hear that yours only lasted a day.
As the person who personally made your tattoos, I can assure you they were produced with the utmost care and attention. The quality of our products is very important to me, and they were made correctly using the highest quality water transfer paper which is widely used in the film and production industries. Smaller tattoos, such as the 4cm text tattoo you purchased can be more delicate, but with proper care and placement away from friction or contact, they should still last several days. I also made you 3 copies becuase your tattoos were so small so you'd get more out of them as-well.
It’s important to note that the tattoo’s longevity depends on how it is looked after, regardless of whether you’re at home or elsewhere. When first applied, they are fragile (especially small temporary tattoos like yours) and need a little time to set properly (20 minutes to set onto your skin and up to 4 - 5 hours to cure completely as per the instructions). Application issues can affect how long they last - (for example if the tattoo was not rinsed after application to remove any residue on the surface) and whilst it’s rare, sometimes environmental factors can make a difference for example if the tattoo had been kept anywhere that was particularly humid or damp, I personally ensure that each tattoo is carefully packed to protect it during shipping, so it’s unusual for a tattoo not to last more than a day.
I’m not sure what has happened with yours, sometimes the cause is unknown but I wish you had contacted me directly before leaving a one-star review, as I’m always happy to help with any issues. We primarily receive five-star reviews, which is testament to the quality of our products and customer service. If you’d like to discuss a replacement, please feel free to reach out to me directly and I’d be more than happy to assist you.
Best regards
Gemma
Not as expected
Probably my fault for not reading the information correctly. Thought these were more like another temp tattoo company but with more reasonable prices.
The product lasted three hours.
They are just like children's temp tattoos.
The design did match my request though and the postage was super fast.
Over priced for the product received and length of time on the skin.

Dear Joanne,
Thank you for adding an extra star to your review. However, I’m disappointed that despite our private conversation where you acknowledged the misunderstanding — that you expected a tattoo that dyes the skin — your updated review still suggests dissatisfaction with the product.
To clarify for others, you paid £7.20 and received free tracked postage. I provided you with lots of extra tattoos, instead of just one that you ordered, because they were small and delicate, and I wanted to ensure they lasted longer. As with any water transfer tattoo, the smaller the design, the more fragile it can be, since it’s just a thin layer on the skin. You mentioned that the tattoo came off within three hours, but this may have happened if it was handled with the expectation that it would dye your skin.
We take great pride in our product quality and customer satisfaction, as seen in our many five-star reviews. If you have further concerns, please feel free to reach out directly.
Gemma
13/10/24 - Hi Joanne, I’m sorry to hear that your experience didn’t go as expected. I’ll email you shortly to see how we can resolve this as I want you to be happy with your tattoos. Just to note that in the future, we’re always here to help, so please reach out directly if there are any issues.
Fast, easy, efficient!
So easy to create my own custom designs. Fast efficient delivery and a great quality image.
