I have a Infraredi panel with a door hanging system which allowed for different height settings. The mechanism locking the panel at specific heights broke. I contacted Infraredi and asked if I could purchase a replacement hanging system. They responded immediately asking for further details of my system. Those were provided and they sent me a replacement system without charge for the system or delivery. This is outstanding customer after market service.

The customer service was amazing!! I shared a concern and they replied with respect and satisfaction, they did everything to solve my problem:)

I very much appreciated the rapid (within minutes) and courteous response to my email expressing a problem with a product, as well as the clear instructions for how to document the problem. Subsequent emails informing me of the progress being made were reassuring. I received a replacement product the very next day, and was pleased with Arpita and Team's thoroughness and consideration in asking me if it worked well. It did, and does.

Still waiting for a customer service reply on a broken unit (Infraredi Body Wrap). I’ve emailed them 3 times and cannot find an address to return the unit for a refund, there is no phone number to contact them faster, they only provide an email address. By the time they reply, I’ll probably be denied a refund after under their 60 day policy. Not a good experience.

The Infraredi joint wrap product delivered everything it advertised. Customer service was excellent especially when we had an issue. I followed their instructions and a replacement was sent quickly at no cost.

This joint wrap is amazing! I have osteoarthritis in my knee and using this wrap has helped immensely with the pain. I use it twice a day and the relief is wonderful. Consistency is key, so I use it every day. Customer service is helpful and responded quickly to a question that I had.

Just received my elbow wrap and my first thought is that there arent even red lights on my trouble spots, so I’m very pessimistic.

2 weeks in. No noticeable results

I bought an Infraredi Body Wrap Plus which was great but stopped working after approximately 6 months. I contacted the support team to ask about the 2 year warranty and in a week I received a brand new replacement. The customer service was brilliant, very friendly, helpful and they kept me in the loop throughout the whole process with regular updates.

I just finished setting up my new infrared unit and am very impressed. The build quality is top-notch—it feels like a premium piece of equipment. Everything I needed for the install was included, and it’s working perfectly as intended. Beyond the product, their customer support is outstanding; they were incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the process. Highly recommend this company if you’re looking for quality products backed by a great team!

Update: Infraredi came through with a warranty replacement and upgraded me to the newer model bc of the long wait. I am grateful that they honoured the warranty however the overall experience was clunky.

80% of the lights stopped working on my Infraredi Flex Max panel within the 3 year warranty period. I contacted Infraredi support (Russell / Samad) who assured me the panel was covered under warranty and that a replacement panel would be shipped to me as soon as possible. I've been waiting 8 weeks for the replacement now, been thanked several times for my patience however still no update that the panel has shipped. I believed their "we're doing everything we can to expedite your replacement"; I'd actually prefer however, "you'll be waiting 8+ weeks", which would be more realistic, honest and would give me a better overall impression of the company.

We purchased the Infraredi Pro Max with Base Stand and unfortunately the unit had a fault straight out of the box. These things happen — what matters is how a company responds.

Cynth from the Infraredi team was communicative and genuinely caring throughout the process. The communication was really good — they kept me updated along the way and were very easy to work with. While the resolution did take longer than expected, the team ultimately did the right thing and replaced our discontinued unit with the newer Pro Max 2.0 at no additional cost. They also provided written confirmation promptly, which was essential for our NDIS plan manager.

We use the panel daily as part of my son's health and recovery protocol, and it's been a genuinely valuable addition.

If you're considering Infraredi — I'd recommend them. They stand behind their products and they treat their customers with respect.
