Poor guality heater that keeps falling over so very dangerous as well. Have reguested a refund several days ago but no response.☹️

Heaters are working very efficiently, as advertised, and the service was very good to boot.

Having purchased an infrared heater over 2 years ago, the unit malfunctioned. After a quick email to the company, they immediately sent out a free of charge replacement under the 5 year warranty.

Heater and service very good. The delivery company APC said they could not find our address and were looking to send back the parcel. I arranged collection from their depot which was 3 miles away

Excellent advice and help meant we chose a cheaper heater for our shop than we had first looked at. It makes a massive difference in our cold shop.

Sadly I had an issue with the panel I had, this company takes it seriously and sorts it out very quickly.

The roll up hanging picture heater seemed like a good idea but it’s not practical and the heat distribution isn’t very good. It’s in a very small space so it should be adequate. Also the design makes it very difficult to keep away from the wall unless you fix it onto batons. The picture is attractive, it gives out heat and it’s a great idea but I’m disappointed with it and feel it’s not good value.

Prior to order I had a chat with team, I provided the required information and was guided towards the right solution. Everything arrived as promised, after install an issue arose with one of the thermostats and although I got a replacement I paid for return postage and I assume a restocking fee although the item was faulty.

I received good advice about heating a cabin. My questions were answered.

BEWARE! Your heater may explode! I have a garden studio that needed better heating. On recommendation from Infrared Company, I installed two thermal glass heaters in the ceiling (700w) in January 2023. It was not effective. I was heating the studio throughout the night to10 degrees to enable the studio to be warm enough in the morning to teach Pilates. The Managing Director was quick to respond by swapping the heaters for two 900w heaters in July. Three months after the installation, I was shocked when one of the heaters started fizzing with a bright spark and shortly after exploded in front of me - shattering glass all over the room. Fortunately I did not have a student lying underneath the heater at the time.
I was offered replacement heaters and a short message via Infrared from the manufacturers "they've not had a case like this before but that it was possibly an imperfection in the manufacturing process". I would have thought it was in the manufacturer's best interest to check the second heater for any fault. If there is a batch of "imperfections" it might make sense to withdraw them from the market to prevent a fire or loss of life. I am not happy with the Infrared Company response and expect contact from their Managing Director to rectify the issue.

These heaters are great value. I needed to have controls on the actual heater which these have. (Other have remotes)
So far they are projecting heat which is great. The floor area is still chilly, but I knew that would be the case.
I feel confident they will heat my summerhouse sufficiently.

My husband installed them with ease.

The delivery was super speedy too. Well packaged.

The sales literature was badly inaccurate and misleading. As a result the wrong size of radiator was supplied.

Panel (700W) works well in conjunction with the wireless thermostat I also purchased. I have installed it in a cold kitchen. The experience of the heat is completely different (as expected) to conventional heating and despite the air temperature indicating quite low the kitchen is comfortable to be in and does not feel chilly.
The only issue I had was that it was not the panel I originally ordered which was the plain white version which was out of stock despite not being flagged as such on the online portal. I accepted the free update to the transparent panel. Delivery was subsequently delayed and it took a number of calls to get everything sorted out.
Interaction with staff was always pleasant and I will order from Infra-Red Heater Co again if I need more panels.

Very good customer service arrived when it should do. The product is very efficient and will consider more infrared heating.
