Fast shipping, product was in excellent shape, easy to install, works as should. Would buy from infotainment again. Thanks Billy Grimes.

I purchased a radio from this company, I requested expedited shipping and upon placing the order I spoke with Nick (Supervisor) and advised to ship via UPS as USPS and Fedex have had poor service lately. He documented the file but the shipping department never shipped via UPS instead shipped via USPS and shipment was late. I called in and PAID $500.00 for another unit to be shipped out and once I receive the old one I was told to contact him back and then send back the old one. Today upon contacting Infotainment they advised me that I would have to pay for shipping or they could provide a shipping label and they would deduct $15.00 from my refund. Its not my fault as a customer that they dropped the ball but yet I am liable for shipping their item back to them. In addition they are selling radios with no proof they are not stolen and cannot provide vin numbers to vehicles that the radios came out of. Very fishy and a shady business operation.

Nice and easy to install it took me a hour or so to do works great love it

Everything that I ordered was right it fit and worked . Thank you.

The radio is exactly what I wanted. The installation was easy after watching the video. I already have my wish list for other items I want to purchase. Thank you

I received my order and I have already installed it and it worked out perfectly and sounds great so far. This was exactly what I wanted. The only problem is I wish it was at least 4G apps instead of 3G but anyway its all good so far. Thank you

Arrived quickly, Watched install video, very helpful and accurate. Unit works perfectly and completely changed the function and feel of my truck! Money well spent. Makes me smile every time I get in the truck. Nice work!

Love the trailer break. Needed one but didn't want some extra thing attached to the dash. Using the online walkthrough start to finish it took me about 25 minutes. So easy and the programming module was great literally like 20 seconds it was programmed and i can control everything from the steering wheel. I will definitely use your products for any future upgrades to my truck!

Everything as advertised and excellent customer service

I would give five stars but did not get climate control programmer with radio upgrade. Beyond that I am very satisfied

Very fast service, great customer service. John Jennings was very knowledgeable with the product, and made the buying process easy and enjoyable for me.

It was easy and quick to have received the order

Great product, perfect fit, works very well.
Fast shipping and great communication. Could not be more satisfied!

What a great solution for the Jeep Grand Cherokee’s 8.4” radios without Apple CarPlay! I found infotainment from their YouTube channel. Received the unit on a Friday and installed it on Saturday! The video instructions from the YouTube page were spot on! Old unit out and new one in, in less than an hour.

Very happy with the radio and infotainment.com

Excellent service and great product that works perfectly could not ask for more.

Thank You Infotainment

Great company providing consumers with products that we may have wanted, but did not buy when they were first available and now have become harder to find. Many thanks Infotainment for I am very glad my dealer recommended you to me !
