The navigation radio they sold me has maps from 2008 and cannot be updated. It was a very difficult job to install, and their answer is for me to rip it all out and send it back. They should tell customers up front that they are selling old out dated equipment that cannot be upgraded. I asked for a partial refund and they ghosted me. Do not do business with this company.

Recently, I gave infotainment a very poor review, because as I stated, I purchased a infotainment system, and I was told by the navigation company that I would have to have it updated in order to update my Maps. As I stated when I called infotainment, they said I would have to mail the unit in and it would have to be updated at my cost of approximately $150.
I was then called by Dave from infotainment who wanted to help me and stated that I was incorrectly informed. (Dave called me because he saw that I tried to chat message them and was unsuccessful) I also want to state that it appears my review was not published, and Dave was calling me back to solve the issue and is unaware of my original review. (Reviews are only good if they are completely transparent).
Dave is sending me an update so that I can update my infotainment system and get the map update that I need. This is the kind of customer service that I expected from infotainment originally.
I believe infotainment is a quality company that stands behind their sales as evident in this situation.

After waiting for a week for technical support to contact me, I was contacted and WOW..!, what a positive experience. The technical support contact, Jesse, was/is wonderful to work with, he listened and responded quickly...

I ordered a 8.4” radio with nav,, love the radio so i ordered the custom dash cluster, would be great if the fuel gauge worked,, called customer service and was told to wait 2-3 fill ups and it should work,, still waiting, i ordered the auto climate control,, very easy to install however when i set the temp it just goes back to low,, not very good when its 32 outside,, customer service told me to wait 24 hrs,, now it does the same on manual,, so now I can’t drive my truck if i need heat and don’t know how much fuel is in my tank,,

BUYER BEWARE CHINESE KNOCK OFF NOT OEM!!! To start order was supposed to be delivered in 3 days… 3 months later and numerous bs filled calls it finally arrived. Installation was easy and the screen lasted a while 7 months before dying. Called customer service after I learned the unit was a Chinese knock off and they tried to charge me $700 for a repair to fix this defective piece of garbage and paying only $1500 for Chinese crap! Buyer beware!

Had my radio repaired was in contact with Thomas ext. 303. He was very professionalduring the process would definitely recommend them.

I got my package very quick and it was very nice. The box it came in was very well packed and very safe. The head unit itself is very great quality. It was a easy install with the hardest part being the clips. I will definitely tell others about this company and plan on buying other products from this company. What I ordered is perfect. Their youtube video(s) are great for getting the installation done.

What a great experience. I have an 18 Jeep Grand Cherokee with the dripping screen. I live in central Florida so I was able to drop off at their Orlando office. They were finished in just a few hours and everything works great. What a friendly group of people.

Everything was as advertised.

The order arrived as scheduled and functioned as expected when installed.

New radio works perfectly in our 2019 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport. Very easy install as well, no dealership needed to install!

Love it keeps it looking like new with out all those wires hang around. The dash was a little bit harder to pop loose to what it looked like in video.

It was nice to have everything all together in a kit. It made the swap easy and foolproof.

Wow, what excellent service. The 12" upgrade for my RAM 1500 is awesome. The installation along with the security bypass and the OBD Genie is just great. took me less than 30 minutes to swap out my old 8.4" radio.
Yes it is expensive but I really did not want headaches with units from other suppliers, they just made it look hard and complicated. I definitely recommend Infotainment.com
