Do not order from this company. Ordered a plushie for my son for Christmas 2025 - product never arrived, no response to my multiple emails and requests for a refund. The worst customer service I have every encountered - they have stolen my money and are blatantly ignoring this fact!!!

Ordered an item at the end of March. No dispatch details given, left it a few days before emailing. No response to 4 emails. Tried contacting through social media, nothing.
Having to go through my bank now to cancel and retrieve payment.
Avoid these scam artists at all costs
Edit-About 10 minutes after posting this they cancelled the order, still need to check on refund. Guess they read this and not their emails.

We ordered and PAID for a product nearly a year ago. Keep getting promises of stock soon but have now requested a refund as this is ridiculous now. So far no reply about refund. Really hope they respond soon.

I have made an order in November hoping for a Christmas present. One preorder item and some items that were in stock. Items that were in stock arrived after New Year so approximately 1 month delay. I have not had a response from them on my emails asking about the preordered item. Joke. Avoid this company.

Brilliant service

WARNING: IF YOU’RE THINKING OF PREORDERING AN ITEM FROM INFINITY COLLECTIBLES - DON’T! ITS NOT WORTH THE STRESS AND YOU’LL FIND YOURSELF OUT OF POCKET BECAUSE OF THESE SCAMMERS!

I preordered an item on the 27th September 2025. It was set for release in late November 2025. I then messaged them in early December to enquire about an update as to the products release date, etc.

I got an email back informing me that they had yet to receive the item in question, but reassured me that as soon as it had reached them they would let me know and dispatch my order to me.

Another two months go by and nothing. I enquire again as to the status of the preordered item, I receive no message back.

This continues on for more than a month, with me messaging them practically every week just asking for an update, I get no response back. I try contacting them on their social media via direct message, nothing, no response.

So eventually I decide that I’ve had enough, I send them another message, requesting that they either give me an update as to my order status, OR that if they were no longer able to fulfil my order, if I could please instead get a full refund for an order not fulfilled.

They could’ve easily responded back and told me what was going on and I would’ve kept up with waiting, that’s all they had to do. But instead they, a few days later, cancel my order without messaging me about it. I received no message about the cancellation, I didn’t even receive an obligatory ‘we’ve cancelled your order as per your request’ message.

And of course I have since then (March 15th 2026) received NO refund from them.

I have since contacted them multiple times about my refund, yet again no reply whatsoever.

So eventually I decided I’d had enough and filed a complaint through Klarna (I had no choice but to pay with Klarna as I don’t have enough disposable income every month to pay £331.55 in one go), hoping that they would be able to help me.

Unfortunately as I’ve learned, they can only help if they receive a response from the company, they have not and now I have no choice but to once again contact the company myself and pursue this on my own.

So as a final warning to anyone considering purchasing and/or preordering something from this ‘company’ - DON’T!

good packaging, quick delivery

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I pre-ordered items in Oct 2025 that were due to be released Feb 2026. The end of March came round and nothing. Not a peep. Emailed (the only way to contact them) for an update and got no response. Emailed a second time, still nothing.
Tried to claim through PayPal but it's not possible due to it exceeding the 180-day timescale!!
The item I purchased isn't even on their website anymore. Absolute joke and a scam. I WILL get my money back somehow! 🤬
