Infinity blinds Anmeldelser

Was well informed and updated from start to finish ,Very happy with the shutters you installed on my bay window they look really good the quality is excellent and was a good price, would highly recommend these guys

The whole team at infinity have been a pleasure to deal with. From the initial contact I had with them to having my blinds fitted was less than 4 weeks. The quality is exceptional and their prices match. If you’re in Grimsby I’m sure you’ll have Mike taking care of your measuring and fitting a true professional 👌🏻 it’ll only be a matter of time before he’s back in my home fitting the rest of the house 🤝

I have been using Infinity Blinds for a few years now and wouldn’t use anyone else ! Just recently moved into a brand new house and I have had the most amazing charcoal shutters which are lush ! Danny is the most helpful, knowledgeable and kindest guy you would ever wish to meet , his work is 100% , so careful in your property and nothing is too much trouble for him ! I am having more shutters to complete my house and I can’t wait for them. Go for the best Infinity Blinds, you will be so very pleased with them!

The experience with Infinity was exceptional from start to finish.

Dan was our contact throughout, he consulted, measured and finally fitted our shutter blinds professionally and efficiently.

We got a really good deal for two windows.(else wear prices were very high witch we were not prepared to pay)

From enquiry to finish the customer care with 5*
Got call on day to say would be 30 minutes as was stated we would get a call when on the way.

We had our full house fitted with blinds from this wonderful company in 2023, a really good price, friendly staff, very sturdy well made blinds too. I messaged about some replacement clips after a year and they sent me some out no bother. It’s now 2026 & a few clips broke on a couple of blinds, I messaged willing to pay for the parts (I had ordered some myself & got the wrong size from somewhere else) and all these years later they sent me replacements free of charge. Customer service is excellent! Thank you so much infinity blinds!!

Superb company to deal with in every way , couldn’t be happier with the service or the shutters , would never use or recommend anyone else

I had shutters fitted in October and have delayed writing this review because I didn’t want to be unfair or overly negative. This home means a lot to me — it’s the first place where I’ve been able to invest in décor that feels special. I imagined beautiful shutters that would make each room feel complete.
Dan was kind and did come back to look at the issues I raised, and I genuinely appreciated that. But despite his efforts, I’m still disappointed. The shutters don’t sit correctly on the windows, and being told the sill was uneven in a new‑build property didn’t give me confidence.
I’ve also noticed marks and small damage on some slats, which was upsetting given the cost and the excitement I had for this project. The fitting felt rushed, and the finish simply isn’t what I hoped for.
I wanted shutters I could be proud of. Instead, I’m left feeling let down, and if I could afford to replace them, I would.

Lee came to my house to measure and up and talk through the different options of shutters. He was knowledgeable and understood what we were looking for. Kept to his word with the fitting date. And finally the shutters. They are absolutely stunning, they give a different feel to every room, more light, stunning looking and at night they block out about 98% light. Would definitely recommend Infinity blinds and shutters, excellent service

Very professional did excellent job full house of shutters transformed my house Dan was very polite would recommend

Amazing service and the shutters are just what I’d imagined, stunning. Mick came out and whilst dealing with my 1000 questions he remained approachable and professional. Can’t wait to book again to get the rest of the house fitted.

The whole process from measuring to fitting was done by the same person which gave us confidence that Lee, the fitter, knew what he was talking about. Our options were explained and advice given on what might be suitable for our rooms. The quote was very reasonable, almost 50% less than another national company that quoted. The lead time was also half of that quoted by the other company. Our shutters look fabulous. We would definitely recommend Infinity Blinds to anyone looking for a professional high quality installation.

I would highly recommend infinity , Mike fitted my blinds this weekend. He is very professional and made an excellent job.
I was called to book installation which I requested a Saturday , Mike rang me on the day to inform me of the time he was expected. Overall a great experience

I got my shutters fitted on Friday and I am very happy with them the quality and how they look are outstanding.

Fabulous experience from start to finish with my new shutters. Lee was really friendly and talked me through all the options when he came to measure up. The price was good and the lead time to have fitted was 4 to 6 weeks. Lee came back to fit today (within the angreed timeline) and he has made a fabulous job. The shutters are great quality and no mess was left. Highly recommend this company and would definitely use again

Excellent service and amazing work we have gone back to infinity blinds after 3 years as they were also amazing back then

Although my blinds were replaced several times I still got poor quality blinds with faulty end caps that kept snapping they have all snapped once again wouldn’t have them if they were free. Was told not to pull them up and down then they would be ok . Do not buy blinds from this company complete waste of money.

From measuring to fitting, the communication has been great from both Lee and the admin team.
Quality and fit exceed expectations and the price was brilliant. Would definitely use again.
