I have worked with Indygood for around two months as a Customer Executive and Packer, so I know a lot about the company's internal operations. I will share all the details with you about what goes on there and how these alleged fraudulent activities are carried out.
1.First of all, the chocolates they sell are allegedly expired. They remove or erase the expiry dates, put new barcodes on the products, and sell them to customers.
2.If customers later contact them through messages or emails to ask questions or raise complaints, they simply ignore them.
3.And if a product is unavailable, they tell customers that it is stuck in customs, even when that may not be true. In reality, that product may never become available again from their stock.
4. if someone files a police complaint, they allegedly send different products instead of the items the customer originally ordered and mark the order as completed.
5.Especially for people in Pune, why order Kayani Bakery products through Indygood when Kayani Bakery is already located in Pune? You can order directly through Zomato instead. Indygood does not provide one-day delivery in Pune, and they charge almost double the price. It is better to order through Zomato because, by the time Indygood delivers the cake, it may have spoiled or lost its freshness due to the delay.
6.Also, the WhatsApp number they provide only works on WhatsApp, and business calls are not answered through it. I will share the calling numbers with you as well. They also allegedly hide the address on the product labels, so I am sharing the address with you too.

These guys are fraud. Once you purchase and make the payment you will not hear from them. They will given you a fake tracking id and that's it. You money is gone.

I would give negative stars if I could. They are complete scammers, I have sent them over 50 emails in the past 4 months begging them to refund my money because I haven't gotten anything delivered. They responded a couple times and then they ghosted me completely. I tried calling I tried WhatsApp, no response whatsoever. Such frauds!

It’s a fraudulent website. No item was delivered and no refund.
They don’t respond to emails and the given phone number is always switched off. All the reviews given on their website are fake.

SECURE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT THINK OF EVEN BUYING ANY STUFF FROM INDYGOOD. A SCAM COMPANY WHICH IS GOOD IN CHEATING THE PUBLIC

I paid for their Shrewsbury biscuits from Kayani bakery in Pune, but it was a fraud. I contacted Kayani bakery and they confirmed that they do not take out of town online orders. Indy good has duped me and taken payment and not delivered. They just send the same message on email.Beware of ordering at Indy good.

They are scammers. I ordered 5 items and they sent only 1. No response on whatsapp or email. They created a shipping link and cancelled it from their end and never sent out any products. Beware and DONT shop from here.

They have shipped completely one year expired items and that too a different item. It is a fake site

Wish I had done some ref check before ordering. Avoid them like a plague. Total scam. Product ordered- no update- no response from WhatsApp no- no one picks up calls.

My order thru IndyGood dated 5th Aug not yet delivered and the co is not answering calls. Disgusting.

Fraud platform, They never delivered my order or refunded me. Will file a case against them in consumer court.

This is a fake website. I ordered on July 12th with order number 9516397 for a prepaid order of rupees 1298. Initially, they responded atleast in whatsapp. Now, they are not even responding. Seems to be complete fake seller.

My order no. 9516472. Ordered 3 sweets but received only 2 packet and no one is bothered to reply to my mail.

Absolute fraud site.. never place any order from this site as it will not reach to you the way it did not reach to me up till now. I placed an order on 11 July 2026 of more than ₹2000 and I never received it. Please don’t trust the site and don’t waste your money. It is FAKE !!

The cake we ordered was stale with fungus. The phone numbers given on their website are fake. What else can one state?!

Avoid this company at all costs. My order was never delivered, and after multiple follow-ups, there was zero response. They don’t reply to emails, ignore WhatsApp messages, and the customer care number they provide is invalid, leaving you with no way to contact them.

Based on my experience, this feels like a SCAM. Save your money and order elsewhere.

I had ordered 3 pqcks of Shrewsbury biscuits from Kayani bakery through Indygood in March 2026. Till today there is no trace of the biscuits nor any refund. The whats app no is no longer in use... this website is a scam ... beware
